Speedy Laundromat

Terrible customer service! I speak Spanish, and even that didn’t help. I’ve had an account here for years, along with other laundromats. Around Christmas, I dropped off my clothes, and when I came back to pick them up, they had lost an entire bag. When I returned and complained, the manager first denied they lost anything, then changed the story—saying I left it in the parking lot. When I pointed out that made no sense, she claimed it might be in their storage room, but only the owner had access. She promised the owner would call me, but I never heard back. No one ever answers the phone, and their washing quality is terrible. If you need laundry service, use HappyNest—$29 per bag, anything you can fit, with pickup and delivery. Stay away from this place!

Parking here is an absolute nightmare. There are never enough spots, people from the restaurant next door use up all the spots and everyone double parks and blocks the cars parked there. Expect to sit in line for 15 minutes before playing musical cars in the parking lot. The actual Laundromat is nice though.

Customer service is terrible! They always try to rush us out. It’s 10:30pm when I walk in and they said the place closes at 11:30 when it says 12 on Google(which I mentioned to her). I ask her where can I see her store hours to which she replied on Google. Make it make sense … They always just want to make sure they leave at 12 when the store closes at 12. That’s when closing procedures should be wrapped up not during customer hours. I’ve worked in customer service many many times and still do to this day and you do not treat customers like this.

Ist time was impressed with cleanliness and fact that all machines worked. Attendant was also very helpful.

This is a pleasant and clean laundromat. It's a little pricey but their machines are pretty new and are usually working well. 💥💥NOTE💥💥On Sat, Sun & Holidays, they automatically increase the prices on the washing machines. Depending on the size of the washer the increase is 50¢ to $2.00 per machine. I must warn you, they are almost always very busy but if you plan accordingly you will do just fine. I will not go near the place on Sat, Sun or any holiday. Mon & Fri are iffy and sometimes quite busy so I generally go Tues thru Thurs and it's not bad. The earlier you go, the better. They have solicitors selling stolen goods to the patrons. Solicitors selling mangoes? No one wants to be approached by Solicitors. Roaches along the borders of the machines, don't put anything on the floor. They will block you in your parling space you won't be able to get out. Workers are always polite and friendly.

Dryers #10 & #16 don't work well, don't use them.

Horrible costumer services it was my first time and the 2 ladies working at the time 9:30 am 11/29/24 where angry to help me understand machines and card refill

What is the problem with most laundries around town there is no hot or at least warm water on those machines

Went mid day on a Sunday, didn't have go wait for any machines, clean, friendly, straightforward. The place was busy, for sure but still many places to sit and free machines. I like the card system rather than change, and the ability to use a credit card. Overall, great experience.
