The evening shift laundry attendant is so rude and arrogant. 3 times/visits I've encountered her unprofessional, arrogant and horrible mannerisms. As she's cleaning around the laundromat she mumbles to herself and to some costumers near by, about how awful her job is and how the day shift neverkeeps the place clean. She'll picked up customers personal belongings and toss them on a table or anything near by and doesn't have the audacity to ask it belongs to anyone, she just tosses people's stuff around. She did that to my laundry basket and clothes after I dried and folded them. Just because it was in the rolling laundry cart obviously I was using it she takes my stuff out of the basket and tossed them on the table and takes the rolling cart away and I confronted her about it and she decided to argue with me about it just sitting there which didn't make sense, that was my process for doing my laundry. I noticed she likes to disagree with patrons in the laundromat.

Asked for help and I was very polite about it but the woman who helped me immediately got pissed off then was extremely rude to my mother afterwards. She complained that our clothes came out of the washer too WET and she had to mop it up afterwards!. I honestly didn't know what to say to that. She has a serious attitude problem.

I'm changing my review of this location as I'm here tonight from about two weeks ago as I'm having a better experience, not sure of the attendant was having a bad day the last time I was here or what exactly however I went to get change from her and it was a complete better experience and very understanding when someone has a busy day and still need to get laundry done even though I got here at around 9pm it was definitely better that's also why I changed the rating too

Thought this place was great. Very friendly staff professional and just overall a good customer service.

The Drop Off laundry service needs to be worked on. I was hoping to drop my laundry off around 2pm, but the lady said it won't be ready until that night. She had a back up of laundry brought in that morning. I'm thinking...well why haven't you started on those? There were washers not being used by customers...hmm. The lady looked tired, as if she didn't want to do anymore. So, I do not know how management runs their business, but I felt bad for the lady. She looked exhausted. Instead of spending time with my family, I did my own laundry.

This laundromat is always dusty and dirty. But the staff are nice. Very spacious with large tables available to fold clothes.

Nice, clean bathrooms. Great laundromat. Lots of machines, all work very well and clean. There are some very affordable snacks. There is also an attendant available, she was very nice by the way. Most definitely will be back.

We have been very pleased with the service ROSE gives our business when we bring our laundry. Every day to every week she is always prompt, courteous, hard working and I always see her cleaning the store. This service needs to be applauded because I appreciate seeing someone work hard and be consistent with customer service and the cleanliness of a laundry facility. Thank you so much!!
