Z Laundry

It’s been a very long time since I’ve been to a laundromat. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and modern this place is. They don’t use coins for their machines, but instead use a card system. You don’t need to carry cash on you, but instead you can use credit or debt cards. The prices are not too bad. They have several different size washers and dryers. The washers are between $4.25- $11.65 which includes free drying for 20-30 min. depending on the size washer you use. Just beware, the dryers are not that warm. They also have an attendant on duty for questions or issues. If I ever need a laundromat again, I will definitely come back!

Nice ppl..a little expensive though. I am known to the place since 2017. They keep the facility really clean including the restroom. On-site parking and 4 to 11 dollar costs based on the machine you are taking. Drying comes free for fixed minutes with the laundry. They have their card which you can refill on site.

I saw the young man who works there blow his nose into the slop sink multiple times while I was there and not wash his hands after. I’m disgusted. Also, drug addicts come in every few minutes to ask for a dollar and staff doesn’t ask them to leave. Also when their machines are inadequate, staff will tell you that it’s your fault.

Clean and updated facility! Free dry with wash. They also have a wash and fold service. They are very efficient and friendly. My clothes smell so clean when I use their wash and fold service.

I haven’t been inside but I’m still giving one star. Would’ve went to this establishment but can’t drop your bags in a cart by the door due to all the illegally parked vehicles blocking the entrance. Highly unsafe driving through. Just terrible.

So today I went in to wash my rugs and right in the middle of the washing cycle the machine stops working it was in the middle of draining the water out and it cut off so I tells the owners and the first thing they asked was did I put too much soap in there as if that’s why the machine stopped in mid cycle I responded no and I told them I have been here many times before washing my rugs and this never happened so the owner he told me that this happened awhile ago and he going to fix it and take out the rugs and dry them and call me when it was done that was 10:30 this morning so when I didn’t hear anything I went back and my stuff is still sitting in the washer at 3:00!pm I asked what happened and now I was told it has to wait until tomorrow when a mechanic can fix it in the mean time my rugs are going to sit in water and become mildew this is so unprofessional on so many levels

Comfort is what comfort is as Z Laundromat is at the top of their game in relation to superior washing machines, and oh, the free dry is part of the amenity that keeps locals returning – knowing that their laundry will be clean and safely dried. Residents and busy professionals of the lower-part of East Oak Lane and the Ogontz district place confidence that Z Laundromat will cater to their drop-off needs, feeling secure – taking the worry out of – dealing with the task of washing and drying clothes in a time-pressed lifestyle. Pros: Super clean facility, comfortable seating areas, in addition to flat screen televisions to entertain patrons as they do their duty – to perform a needed task. The restrooms are very clean, locked for security reasons – as a business to keep down unwanted activity for non-paying patrons. Cons: None to mention

Very clean. Washes and dry your clothes well. Also has great amenities while you wait.

Overall this place is convenient,clean and plenty of washing machines and dryers. I have an issue with staff tho. They are very polite, but do not enforce rules to make every else's experience more pleasing. For example they allow peoples clothes to sit in machines long after they have stopped. They also allow people to stay parked right in front, where as tho people who are parked properly cannot even maneuver safely without struggling to leave.

I used to really like this laundromat. The staff is always kind, helpful, and diligent with keeping tidy. I stopped patronizing this business after seeing a cockroach not once, not twice, but 4 times! I tried to give the benefit of the doubt because the door is always opening and closing and those nasty things can travel in people's belongings. My issue is if I've seen them on multiple occasions, the workers have to know. I don't understand why they don't close for a day and do a thorough extermination. I really hate I had to stop utilizing this place.
