i don’t like this place anymore ,on Tuesday April 9th around 1-2pm i lost a house key! it seems as if they edited the video so i wouldn’t know where i lost it at! how did they know i was the one that lost the key for them to identify me on footage? someone had to pick it up!

I do love to come to this washers . BUT only when the other lady is there . I went today 12/29/23 around 130 pm or so . When I got there I ask the lady if she can sanitize the washers because a few months back my clothes got damage from Clorox . She came with a bad attitude and started to dip her hand in the holes and said all you got to do is smell your fingers and you will know if it was Clorox . I continue to tell her I still want her to sanitize the washers ( mind you the other short lady always does it for me & never has a problem doing it for me ) she clean 2 of the 20 pounds load washers and 3 of the smaller ones I told her thanks you can you do the other 3 she looked at me and said no I already smelled them and walk out with a bad attitude. ( I have a big family and when I go I have lots of clothes so I use quite a few washers ) so I waited for her to come back and do it and she yelled out they don’t have Clorox so I just went ahead and put my clothes . When I was done putting my clothes she was taking out the trash from the trash bags while doing that she was looking at me up and down with an ugly ugly face .. I will still like to talk to someone about this cause the way she treated me and responded back was not okay at all . I love to come here when the other lady goes she always has everything clean & will definitely wash the washer for me .

Always clean a great place to wash it's been over for a couple of years now I love it. Nice new machines and you can take your loads there and get them washed by one of the attendants or you can use one of their many new washing machines or dryers they have a card that you can use for purchase.

The attendant doesn’t help at all, all she says is I don’t speak English and she don’t know. But she helps all the people who speak Spanish. I even used my google translate app and she still said she don’t know. I said well I’ll just leave …

My washer and dryer won’t be delivered for another month so I have to wash clothes at a laundry mat for now and this place is awesome. Very clean, inexpensive, usually empty when I go. Plus they take card! Love it. Highly recommend.
