EZ Wash Laundromat - Yonkers

These people are incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. I dropped my clothes off for a wash and fold last week and everything was fine so I figured I’d work with them again. Big mistake. I go on Sunday early afternoon and the lady clerk acted as if she was doing me a favor. She wouldn’t even look up from her phone to ask me to place my bags on the scale. When I went to pick up my laundry the next day, the male clerk handed me a single bag. I informed him that I had brought in two bags. He spent 15 minutes looking for my bag and could not find it. Then had the audacity to tell me both of my bags were in one. If they had fit in one bag I would’ve brought just one bag. Eventually he finds the bag and hands it to me with an item hanging on the outside. I assumed it was found in the dryer after everything was packaged so I let it be. However, when I went to unpack the clothes I found that they fried my winter hat! It is absolutely ruined. To make matters worse, they handed me my laundry wet. I paid $41 for wet laundry. Wasn’t given so much as an apology. Don’t waste your time at this establishment unless you’re willing to buy yourself a new wardrobe.

Please change the closing time, because I came at 7:50 on July 3 and the lady told me that it is closed and you have another hour, that is not good for the client who works and is looking for an option.

I have been washing my clothes here for three and a half years. This past Saturday I decided to have them wash my clothes, I received a text message stating that my clothes were ready for pick up in less than 24hrs which was great! Unfortunately, when I went through my laundry bag this morning I realized that half of my clothes were missing. I called the laundromat several times with no answer and decided to drive over there, important items were missing i.e towels, underwear, boxers, socks etc…when I arrived I briefly spoke to one of the attendees until I noticed that my clothes were just sitting in a plastic bag with no tag/name on it which meant that anyone could just come and claim the bag and take it without proper verification. I entrusted my clothes with this establishment and paid $46 thinking that my clothes were in good hands but clearly they were not. Although they did a nice job washing and folding the clothes, it doesn’t appear that keeping all your clothes together is something they are mindful about. Moving forward, I will just wash my clothes on my own or take it somewhere else to have them washed. The anxiety that comes with thinking your clothes have been stolen or missing sucks!

I just did their pick up service. Best $$ I spent all year. They came to my door picked up the laundry on time. Drop off, Everything was folded perfectly and professionally. I did not know what to expect and honestly was blown away. Highly recommended, upload their App to schedule your pickup/drop off service.

I use EZ Wash Laundromat service via their App. Appointments for pick up and drop off are easy to setup. I am a loyal EZ Wash client for 2 years and I haven't had one negative experience. So easy and convenient! Clothes comes back clean and fresh, folded and organized! Very happy with the service and staff. I broke my leg and they accommodated my orders to my walk up! The sweetest and most professional.

I recently decided to make the switch over to having my laundry picked up and done for me. A friend recommended EZ Wash Laundromat, they have an app (CleanCloud) to schedule pick ups and drop offs and alert you when they are in route. The service was great! My laundry was picked up and delivered within 24 hours and was folded to perfection. Not sure how everyone else feels about how their stuff is folded but I lack that skill so am very impressed with how neatly folded everything was. Smelled fresh and for added protection they placed everything in a clear bag within my laundry bag. I will definitely used this laundry mat again.

Amazing service! I typically don't do reviews but this organization deserves one. Booking your appointment is super easy thru their app (Clean Cloud). They are always on time which was not the case with my previous provider. The clothes come back smelling amazing and organized.

E-Z Laundromat is the best laundry service we ever had. We have used them for a year and a half since the beginning of the Pandemic. They care about what they do and are easy to communicate with for any special handling needs. E-Z Laundromat communicates by text message when the driver is coming to pick up, when your laundry is completed, when the driver is on his way and when your laundry has actually been delivered. This is truly an excellent service. They are very receptive and responsive to all communications.

I went last Sunday... they have new machines that display the time & when to add the products as you wash. Also, the drop-off and pickup/delivery prices are reasonable which will come in handy. Overall great experience and customer service, I will definitely be going back.

A friend recommended me to Ez wash, as he was giving back to the community during this pandemic, I decided to use the service. I love that I can go on the app and set a schedule to have my laundry pick up and drop off. As a mom who’s an essential worker since this pandemic I’ve been using this service with no issue, on time laundry are pick and dropped off nice and neatly fold.

This is a outstanding laundry mat. The machines are new, and affordable. They clean your clothes very well and leave them smelling amazing. The place itself is kept very clean and is ran by the sweetest guys. Very excited to have found a laundry mat that I can come to a regular basis, and leave completely satisfied.

Great service. New machines! I dropped off my toddler and baby's clothes at night and the very next day it was done! The clothes smelled so good and were neatly folded. Highly recommend this laundromat!

I tried their pick up service, terrible. The app showed it has a cost of $25 per 20 pounds, they charged me $30. I asked they said there was an increase but they didn't notify every costumer lol I feel they just charged me whatever they want.

Been going to this establishment for the past year. Services is immaculate, the lady that works morning shift she’s very nice & leaves the clothing smelling amazing also well folded & extra clean. Highly recommend.

Wonderful spot. Just did my first drop off with them and I just had to leave a tip. I was texted, I didn't have to wait, organized and nothing is missing, detergent smells great. Love at first sight. Definitely coming back

In Yonkers for work and none of the other places answered the phone. I ran into EZ washing and they had my clothes ready to roll in 24 hours. Neatly folded and organized in a bag. Would recommend anyone here.

I’m glad this laundromat finally opened. Our area was in need for this. This laundromat has been in the area for over 30 years and it’s nice to see someone who invested in the community. The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable and the machines are brand new! Super excited and happy!

Best laundry service ever. They pick up your laundry and bring it back straight to your door within a 24hr turn around. Freshly washed clean & folded can’t beat that.

Free dryers on Mondays it was busy but obviously so... Didn't take too long considering the amount of people washing & drying at the same time. I recommend if you live in that neighborhood.

My go to spot for my drop off laundry service. Everything is always very clean and organized and The employees are extremely nice. Always a pleasure dealing with them.
