Big Coin Laundry of Manassas

Extremely crowded. Washing and drying machines work good. Went again early in the morning on Saturday, very few people and it was great.

I noticed an increase in the price to wash/dry. Ok. However, today at least, debris was all over the floor and no one was even making an attempt to clean or maintain the place. There were also several dryers out of service. Normally, this is not a bad place to do laundry. There are adequate bill changers, and usually enough space. With the dryers out of service, today wasn't that day.

Dryer broke and needed to do laundry since it will take 5 days for the new one to arrive. Kept searching for laundry place. Out of all the places we stopped by this place doesn't look shady and dirty. They clean the machine often and its very clean and spacious! They have plenty of machines to use. They have 80lbs washing machines for $8.75 so you can just do one big load. They have plenty of BIG dryers and small ones as well. I recommend this place for manassas to do laundry. The owner is very nice and they really do keep it very clean. They also have a huge parking lot. Double entry way. They are OPEN 24 hours!!!

This very very early morning it is so convenient to go to a 24 hour laundry place most especially you have a. very hectic schedule. I just do not go to any laundry mat. The laundry mat I should go to has to be very clean . So far this laundry mat is clean and spacious , it has Wifi , clean restrooms and very convenient also to a 24 hour convenient I do not care to travel this far , 30 minutes drive just to go to a 24 hours very clean Laundry mat. Just could not find any laundry mat around Woodbridge area that is 24 hours open or at least open at 4:00 am but has ti be clean and spacious also. Non in Dumfries. The only thing lacking in this laundry mat is a cart wherein you can place your hangers to hang clothes. But otherwise I recommend this laundry mat.

Charged 2x listed prices. Barely speak english but were very rude, told me listed prices were old, there were updated prices on another wall. Other wall had slightly different prices, still didnt add up to the $60 to wash 2 queen bedspreads. The lady working said then those are wrong too because we have new owners. Then I was told if I dont like them charging differently from the signs, wash it myself next time. I paid the $60 (in cash, they refused to accept any payment but cash to try to avoid paying income taxes) and the lady continued to be rude. I said would it ve fair just to ask the owners to have the price updated for next time? The lady working told me no, it wouldnt be fair to ask that and then complained about me in spanish to a customer. I guess she didnt think I could speak it too. If you are not Central American descent, show on up and experience racism in its finest. Higher prices and unprofessional conduct at its finest. If you dont believe in that stuff, find somewhere else to pay for services. I will be sharing my experience with some people who have more energy to spend on this than I do.

I do not recommend it, the washing machines never work, the staff is not good, they allow other people to take out your clothes arguing that you are not in charge, but if you are American, they do not dare to touch the washing machine arguing that it belongs to an American.😡😡 …

I came here to just do my laundry on my own and I have good experience, I was expecting to spend $20, I managed to do with $10 and still have change. My laundry all fit in 6x Load ( with bed sheets as well ) and with dryer on high for 48 minutes. I managed to get them out in 43 minutes and it feels clean. Owner is friendly and kind. Kudos to them. They like to keep place clean and organized.

Big Coin is my go to laundry for several reasons: Open 24hrs, clean, machines for various load sizes, machines washes well, payment methods include cash and credit, drop off service available, sales laundry products, and dryers will have your clothes dry on the first run.

This is the biggest laundromat in town. You'll be hard pressed to find a time when there aren't machines available. They are open 24/7 and they even have wifi! The two downsides are: 1) They are more expensive than other laundromats in town (although the others aren't 24/7). 2) I was approached by the BIGGEST cockroach that I've seen in a long time. I killed it for them.

Great spot. Little mildew smell. But overall good.
