I would give Excell 10 stars if I could. By far the friendliest and most helpful dry cleaners I have ever used! I am new to Albuquerque and was looking to have my mothers bedspread cleaned. This is one of the few heirlooms I have left of hers. Not only was I give an honest appraisal of the situation with the bedspread, they also understood what it meant to me. I appreciated their transparency in how clean they felt it could get and the possibility of damage. The estimate was a week to get it done - they got in back to me in days! It was beautiful! The stains they said that couldn't be remove unless it was bleached were still there, but they had made me aware of that. We discussed bleaching but that wasn't the right choice for me. I was stunned at the job they did in getting the purple and yellow discolorations out! It came out beautiful!! I can also say the folks here are friendly and warm. I felt like a member of the family - the customer service and friendliness alone would get me through the door, but they have integrity and that can be hard to find. I now have the best dry cleaner in Albuquerque and I would recommend them to everyone! You will not be disappointed!

Went here as a last minute dry cleaning service for my Graduation from CNM. They had my dress and gown ready by 2 PM the next day, after dropping it off at 5:30 PM (around their closing time). Would 100% recommend for dry cleaning services if you need items next day or even same day!

I've been using dry cleaning services for 22+ years while serving in the military. Excell Cleaners is by far the best I've come across. They have the quickest turnaround, the cleanest results, and adhere to military standards for the uniform.

Worse service ever. Left my white coat on Thursday for laundry and iron. Went to pick it up today and it was only clean. Had so many wrinkles that were worse that when I brought it. Spoke with the employee and she said we dont do laundry on the weekends just on weekdays. I also told her that I start working at 5:30am and that I wont have time to pick it up on a weekday. Despite all of that she did not offer a refund. Of note, this was my first visit here because of how close is to my house. However, I will never come back to this place. Horrible experience. I would have to go to work without my uniform.

I guess I made the mistake of walking in today (Saturday) 5 minutes before their 1pm closing to pick up and drop off. Most of the lights were already turned off when I entered, and a minute later the only employee there appeared from the back clearly annoyed that I was there. I apologized for not realizing they closed earlier than most on a Saturday afternoon, and asked if I could just pick up what I had, and that'd I'd just skip the drop off. Her attitude put me off so much so that even after she accepted payment for my pick up and offered to accept the drop off, I politely declined because I had already made up my mind that I would start going elsewhere. Sorry I inconvenienced anyone. Its okay to be annoyed, but you shouldn't ever let your customers see it.

They do a fine job. If you ask for a shirt to be folded, they fold it. Not every dry cleaner in the neighborhood does that. Very happy to have found this dry cleaner.
