Parking is in the rear and a little tricky to get to if you're unfamiliar with the area but the laundromat is relatively clean.

There was no attendant. Bathroom was locked. A homeless person came in to sit and eat his food, but left a mess behind. Floors were dirty, so try not to accidentally drop a newly washed item!
