We love this place. The people are friendly and helpful. The laundry is very clean and organized. If you forget the essentials for doing laundry. Daisy is able to provide it. Would highly recommend.
I've been coming here for several months now and initially had the best welcoming experience (I can't recall the guys names that have helped me unfortunately, but they tend to work the afternoons/evenings/weekends). Overall the business itself has been wonderful and this review is SPECIFICALLY for the woman that works mornings who Ive encountered issues with practically every time Ive come to drop my clothes off to her for the wash and fold service. There have been multiple times I've caught her uncharging me unnecessarily but today was the worst. I bring my loads around 830/9AM which are consistently done by closing at 10PM without the need to request same day which she has notoriously charged me for repeatedly. Today, first she said my load was 15lbs despite the scale in front of me showing 14.25lbs. For rounding purposes, had it been 14.5lbs I could understand but not from 14.25lbs to 15lbs. After I realized the error on the receipt I pointed out to her that the scale said 14.25lbs to which she says "oh" and proceeds to reissue my receipt with the 14lbs instead. I look it over and see it's listing same day service when I didn't request it. While she was ringing me up she asked "do you want to pick up today?" And i responded saying I'd like to pick up whenever it's ready. I never said today or expressed any urgency outside of their standard turnaround time yet there it was listed on my receipt with the uncharge for same day pickup. I, again, pointed out the error and she said "oh" and removed the same day fee. I have only been coming here for my wash and fold service due to the exceptional service I received from the other workers and can't bring myself to rate them/the company below 2 stars irregardless of the woman that does not complement the business or their practices. The other workers have been honest and simply a pleasure to do business with yet the woman working mornings makes me hesitant to come in to drop off my clothes when it's most convenient for me which jeopardizes my continued loyalty to such an overall marvelous company. I hope someone addresses these matters with the woman before she drives away business as I enjoy the services provided but not being upcharged intentionally everytime I come and she's working.
I usually go to a different laundromat close by but ONE LADY had all the washer machines all taken at this one other place and most of her stuff was done but she didn’t want to remove them and she had all the machines with clothes in each washer machine nothing available and most of her stuff was done but she didn’t wanna remove them right away I was like eff that and I went to Daisy’s Launderland this place is nice and clean. I had a bunch of quarters ready to use but this place only uses card to activate the machines which I like just because I don’t have to carry Quarters. This place is good.
Best laundromat in the city. Huge 8 load washing machines, 2 XL dryers, and ozone cold wash to kill mold, virus, and bacteria to boot. When my truck broke down while I was doing laundry, the shopkeep was kind enough to hold on to my large $150 sleeping bag as I was unable to return to retrieve it immediately. Took an uber the next day and got it.
Upside is this is a very clean, well maintained laundry providing modern machines, the convenience of using a laundry card instead of carrying quarters, and a public restroom you can access with that very card.. Ahh.... yay for old ladies having free access to a restroom when they've got to pee!! 🥳 Cost-wise, the costs of running the washers and dryers here are some of the highest I've ever seen... ouchy!! 🤕 Downside, service could use some fine tuning to include simple manners. Perhaps the gentleman I've dealt with just needs a small reminder of the fact the people signing his paycheck are each and every customer who chooses to patronize his laundromat, regardless of their income level or what part of town they come from. It never hurts to be polite in all communications with your customers. And if you have an issue with a customer just remember you can catch more flies with honey than vinegar!.. just saying.. 😉
A decent Laundromat. When I was there on a weeknight, most of the machines were working and only about half of then were taken. Place was clean, had multiple on site staff, and had a couple TVs on.
Finally found a laundromat that is clean, well taken care of, has an attendant on duty and it's reasonable on prices to wash and dry. Only bummer is they don't have regular size washing machines, just double loaders and up. If that's the only complaint I can come up with, well, it's not really a problem then is it?
The move to cashless means they can raise prices at the flick of a switch. This establishment charges $2.00 just for the plastic stored value card you have to buy to use the washers and dryers.
This is the best run laundry I have ever seen. There is staff there the whole time it is open. Staff are courteous and helpful. Machines are well maintained and PRISTINE! They also offer a wash and fold service. I always dreaded the occasion when I needed to use a laundry mat but not with this one!
Decent prices. Very clean overall. The floors and machines seem to be fairly well kept. Good amount of seating inside. The machines are run by a card system and you need cash to fill up the card. KEEP IN MIND: Last wash is at 8:45 PM!! The staff is also really friendly! We chatted with one of the staff and they were telling us all about how their machines have OZONE. I had no idea what it was, but apparently it sanitizes and gets rid of mold! And since they use soft water, they recommend using 50% less soap than a typical load. It's also really considerate of them to have a sink to wash our hands before we do laundry! I'll definitely be coming back to this laundromat.
