I visited this laundry on 8/21/20 before 11pm. This laundry is advertised as a 24hr laundromat, and there is a huge 24hr sign in front of the business which is why I came. The doors were opened and I came in but after exiting to grab something out my car, there was a man at the door saying he was closed. After questioning him regarding the 24hr sign outside, their posted business hours saying they're opened 24hrs and him denying me to do my a laundry I decided not to argue and asked for the managers number. He went to his office and came out with two envelopes that said they are closed and would return at 5am, then proceeded to place them on the doors. The man claimed not to know who the manager was or have their number but identified himself as Jorge when I asked for his name. Very unprofessional, disappointed with their poor customer service.
UPDATE: March 26,2023: i watched my machines very carefully. 3 machines did not take the soap from compartment 2 for the wash cycle, instead it took it for the rinse cycle. I ran my machines a second time without soap and there was so much soap left in my clothes. Such a convenient location for me but not worth my TIME if I'm having to wash things twice. Let alone pay double. Update: July 2022: dryers still inoperable. Like 6-8 of them. Update: sept 2021, they aren't 24hrs anymore. Huge bummer. Also a lot of the dryers are inoperable Also haven't seen "creepy dude" in over a year. - Probably the cleanest laundromat i have ever been too. I recently went to another one because they seemed to have a better air conditioning but wow the difference in cleanliness is amazing. I prefer this place. The “creepy” dude at night is who he is. Never bothered me. I’ve been there alone at night with him. He cleans that place overnight and i think he does a fantastic job. I might actually tip him tonight
Never had a problem in the past with them but this time they ruined the comforter after they washed it. I think they used too much heat.
I come here at night from 11pm to 12am the latest, I’m almost at the door and the guy that works there, also cleans at night says the laundromat isn’t open. Why say it’s 24hrs when you close and not let any customers in when they need to do their laundry? Change your hours and time so it’s not misleading.
I have my laundry done by the girl who works 3 to 9 Monday Thu Saturday she does a great job. Folded nice and always smelling good! And I'm sure the girl who works mornings does the same good job!
I used to wash my clothes here all the time, but never again! The spanish lady that hardly speaks any english told me that my money wasnt good BC it wouldn't go threw the machine. So because my single were a little creased I had to argue with this lady over four quarters. In AMERICA doesnt matter money is money! I will never spend another DIME here!!
This place was once great!! I basically grew up here. I remember playing on the little machines and the Pac-Man game and listening to real good music. But now there are different owners and I can't understand a word of anything. The music is... different. And the soap operas they play on these televisions is just ridiculous. It's not family-oriented like it used to be. It's just one huge mess. Oh how I miss the good old days. But now, I have my own washer and dryer and I don't have to come here anymore.
Went here today 4/16 and due to our current situation the staff inside were doing nothing. They allowed people in with no masks or gloves, I’ve been going there for years. Today I got there at 7:00 and finished up at 9:15 , not once did the staff wipe down the door, or tables, handles on all machines. When confronted she said she was eating and refused to give me her name. These machines should be wiped down at least every hour. After I asked why she wasn’t wiping anything she began to talk about to another person in Spanish. How shameful
This is a good place for washing your clothes. They have washers, dryers, and offer change service, soap center, some machines where you can get some food and drinks, and a rest area for those who is waiting for their clothes. Plus, the woman here is a nice person!
I Love Coming To This Laundromat Over The Ones In My Neighborhood. It's Clean, Cheap, And The Washing Machines Give Alot Of Water Plus The Dryers Are Really Good. The Staff Is Very Friendly And Helpful
