Ask for a customer service rep to call me. They called me in less than 10 minutes. Impressive. Has always done great on my clothes, including being the only dry cleaner to not break my buttons on my shirts. Five stars. Tell a friend.
I have had more than one experience where they lost items. The first time they reimbursed me (albeit at a material discount to buying the shirt new - fine). Then, after acknowledging it had happened a second time with TWO items out of an 11 item drop off, they said they’d investigate, kept handing me from person to person and then never completing their investigation. SMH
They are very convenient and speedy. Pickup is easy. Reminders are always helpful. Quality outstanding

I took a dress to be cleaned and was told it would be ready the next day. The only way I received any updates about the garment was to call (they never called or communicated anything to me). Two days later it still wasn't complete . On day 3 they admitted they didn't know where it was. On day 5 they figured out they had sent it to their leather department (it had small pleather detailing) but said it hadn't been cleaned. I needed it back ASAP regardless. On day 7 they finally had it back at a store where I could pick it up... except that despite them saying they never cleaned it, it had been cleaned and was damaged beyond wearing. To their credit, they are supposedly going to cut me a check for the garment (though it's been a month and I haven't seen it) but I was told that for the inconvenience I could retain the garment to see if I could use those funds to repair it (it's not a dress that is made anymore and it was very sentimental to me). This sounded great except that they lost it again - they have no explanation where it could be (could have been donated or thrown away or just sitting in a back closet somewhere). Absolutely horrendous communication and while some of the employees were understanding, there were two that were incredibly rude.
Me and my iron don’t work together. I decided to take my wrinkled clothes to Tide to great pressed. I m very happy that I no longer have to struggle with ironing or burning my work clothes. Thank you Sadir
We recently sent heirloom quilts to be cleaned and they did a great job. Very thorough and gentle with them.
Our delivery driver is outstanding. He is friendly and reliable. He’s the best part of our experience with Tide. The actual cleaning service is disappointing. Over the last few years, we’ve had lost items and damaged items. Sheets come back with holes etc. What is most disappointing, is the frequency with which tags are used stating an inability to clean items. I’ve taken those same items to competitive cleaners and they return beautifully- cleaned without damaged to fabrics and pressed perfectly. I really like our driver but there are better cleaners.
Friendly, ahead of schedule, found some small issues that they took care of & priced competitively. Also they’re very convenient
I've been going to Tide for years and I've never been disappointed. They always have my items ready when promised, and I've never had any issues with the quality of the cleaning. Dropping off is usually quick and the employees are very helpful and friendly. Getting clothes and linens professionally cleaned isn't always cheap, but I always find it worthwhile because Tide makes the experience fast, easy, and thorough.
