Best $8 spent! After a week of fishing and camping, the $8 for a 14 minute hot shower was soooo worth it. Plus i was able to do my laundry. Very clean facility with a coffee/ health food store next door

Nope. Could've been a great spot. Absolutely disgusting. Hair (not a little, like, people have been cutting their hair and shaving) and dirty towels and trash in all 4 shower rooms. Came yesterday and it was the same case. Asked someone at the dispensary if they'd be cleaning the showers. They said yes, so I waited. And waited. And waited. Figured maybe by tomorrow. Came back next day; nope - nobody's touched the showers. It's truly disgusting. And I wasted literally hours over two days to get a shower and still never got one.

Perfect laundromat for travelers. Super clean inside. ATM and coin changer available along with a stocked vending machine. Super clean bathrooms, and SHOWERS! 8 bucks for 14 minutes, I timed and it's an honest 14 minute shower. Water got hot almost immediately too so you're not wasting time waiting. 5 stars on that alone. Laundromat machines are plenty with various sized machines from small to huge industrial. Parking in the area seems free and there's a lot of it along with a lot for larger vehicles. Come on a weekend and do your laundry, visit the dispensary next door, and hit the farmers market 40 feet up the sidewalk!

When have you seen a clean, well lit, fully functioning laundromat? This one checks all those boxes! They have several sized machines, at several prices. For the $4 machine we did not even have enough clothes. The washing is approx 25 mins and drying for 25 mins is more than enough for drying. They also have showers on site, $8 for 14 mins - extra if couples want to shower together. 🙂 There are other services in the area for you to spend time (a small Safeway is a two min walk if you need supplies) or you can go for a walk on a trail close by.

Coin machine has shorted me once, but worse, the largest, quickest washer is $12 for one load and has malfunctioned on two separate occasions, with two different loads, NEITHER of which were excessive loads -- I filled it 3/4 full. The first time this machine malfunctioned was at the end of the cycle (or so I thought) and drained the water but didn't spin out my clothes which were left sopping. Again, I don't believe I overfilled it, considering that there is a note that instructs users not to overfill the machine because it will not spin if it's over filled. The second and most recent (and last) time I used the machine: I put my clothes in, filling it at most 3/4 full, I started the cycle with no issues, stepped away for maybe 4 minutes, returned to the machine for a last look over before stepping outside, and the machine had reset itself, no error codes. My clothes were saturated with the initial fill. I transferred my saturated load to another machine that cost $5.50 and that machine had no issues with the cycle. So, $12 down the drain, if not $24 bc I'm now suspicious that the prior occasion was not even a matter of the final spin having not occurred, as it appeared, but that the machine had shut off nearly after it started (I started the cycle and left after the click of the door locking; AND, I also recall inspecting my clothes upon transferring them to a dryer and being annoyed that they didn't seem that have been washed). This recent occurrence took place in the middle of the day. No attendants present so I called the phone number and got no answer. They, were, however notified and did nothing. Generally, I've had good luck with the other machines aside from time counts generally being inaccurate by 5 or so minutes on the washers, meanwhile the dryers are on point with the timer count-down, not surprisingly.

Great place to have you close washed, dried and folded when on a land cruise that starts or ends in Fairbanks. Pricing is great but the customer service is outstanding. I would recommend this business to locals and travelers. GREAT JOB.

Half the washers do not work, including all the big ones. Expensive. No maintenence or routine daily checks being done, and it shows. Tiny out of order Signs. Didn't see till after i loaded my clothes and soap. I guess the regulars here just expect it to not work idk. No staff to help with anything. No response when called. Encouraging no use of hi heat seting on dryers. Dryer should be fine on hi heat if the lint traps where cleaned daily and it could breath. In this area there's no other choice for laundry and showers. I would think more effort would be put out cause of this. I learned my lesson on this one.

Best laundry ever. Super clean. Easy access and affordable. Heavey duty washer very fast and very clean when done.

Coolest, Cleanest and nicest laundromat I’ve ever been in! Stocked vending machine, atm and change machine available and a dispensary right next door as well. The showers are also always clean and friendly staff. Shyla is the best! The ceiling has a beautiful mural on it to behold while you fold your clothes.
