This place was great! Tons of machines in any size you'd need, any laundry supplies, two tvs, snacks, they do drop off service, and the lady working was super nice and helpful! They have a sink to use if you need it, tennis balls to help keep your stuff separated and rotating evenly in the dryer, which I had never even heard of! The washers we used were so fast, but definitely did the job, and we only needed two dryers for a queen sized comforter, king sized bedspread, bath sheets and some clothes. Fastest we've gotten out of a laundromat yet! The bathroom left a bit to be desired but that's not a huge thing for me. The toilet was clean and worked so there's that. Some of my liquid detergent got in the bottom of my basket so she gave a wet rag to clean it up and a dry one for after. So nice and friendly, I highly recommend this place!

I've been coming off and on for a few years now 5+ years, I don't know what happened but it's just horrible now. The staff is so rude especially the lady who works on the weekends that always wears a hat, she's taken out stuff out so many times, is rude whenever you ask her for anything with a huff and puff, and not to mention that everyone is always on their phones!!!

I like the different sizes of washers they have. The only thing is that the dryers take forever….. big one 40min and still wet I mean is not like a bunch of clothes, one regular load for a big dryer…? Come on …. Other than that the lady’s is super sweet and nice

Recently they raised their prices so a single person washing one person's clothes costs more than $10 to wash and dry now. Their dryers also don't work, after an hour my clothes still weren't dry. I'm all for diversity but literally nobody working speaks English and both of us had to use a translate app just so I could explain that my clothes weren't drying and to get a refund to use a different machine. This used to be a great place but they have gone WAY downhill. Oh, and there are so many homeless people that all the machines and entire building just smells horrible. This is a perfect example how NOT to run a business.

Prices are not posted on most of the machines or elsewhere so very confusing. Hard to tell the washers from the dryers or to tell costs for various sizes of washers and dryers due to lack of signs or labels. Wasted money put in washer slot when I was trying to dry. Expensive.

I've had to go there a couple of times in the last month because my washer was broken. The women that worked there are so friendly and helpful but I could not believe how expensive it is to do laundry outside of the home. It's gotten ridiculous but it's a clean place and I've seen the owner cleaning the insides of the unused washers when I've been there. I go at 7 AM when they open as to avoid crowds

This place is clean, well kept and the staff is friendly. Last night I was there doing laundry and was going to have to get more quarters by going to get money out of the ATM and then coming back. When I was ready to walk out the door to run this errand, the attendant asked me if I needed quarters and proceeded to tell me that they could run my debit card on their machine and give me quarters in $10 increments... this was ABOVE AND BEYOND in service and I've never encountered that at a laundromat before. It was awesome because I didn't have to leave my things to hunt for an ATM and allowed me to remain there and to continue the laundry process without interruption. I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Sunshine Fabricare for such a pleasant laundry experience. :)

Usually like coming here, and I’m not sure if management changed because it’s dirty, smells, it’s like it’s located in the bad parts of kck, or Mexico?? Money machine doesn’t work, bathroom is nasty and really, my list could go on. The guess I’ll have to find a different, clean laundromat.

I take my business laundry here. Everything comes back clean and folded and in a very timely matter. The staff is one of the nicest groups of people I have met. 100% delighted with this laundry mat!

It’s a nice place to do a lot of laundry in a short amount of time! The staff is always friendly and appear to be staying busy cleaning and attending to customers.
