iClean Washateria

Thank goodness for iClean Washateria. I was feeling very discouraged whenever my washing machine unexpectedly went down and iClean was there for me to go inside with my children in a clean, friendly and most importantly, safe environment to do laundry. As a mother rushing around, I accidentally left a load of laundry there and the owner was so nice to contact me after hours when I called, locate my missing load, bag it up for me and put my name on it to come and get the next morning. The customer service is unparalleled. Thank you again for your help! I will always come back here.

Great place to wash. Your clothes actually come out clean. You can see the water line in the wash machine unlike other places in Humble. And .25 cents to start the dryer...... I'll take it. They definitely gained a new customer

Very pleased with the Humble location! Facility is clean and Jennifer who was working there was very helpful and stayed busy maintaining the facility. She is a good asset to the business.

Awesome laundry mat. Machines and like new and work perfectly. Prices are good. They always have change. They close at midnight and last wash accepted is at 11 pm.

The facility was fine. We were in and out. I would come back if it wasn’t for the bad customer service. The attendant was no help when I lost money in one of the machines. She also stood in the chair where people sit with her shoes on to refill the vending machine.

Called on 5/19/25 to add money to my account a woman answered the phone asked for the clean location I told her and said she would put me on hold and disconnected the line . I called back at least 5x later no answer just voicemail pathetic customer service . They need someone Onesite during all business hours since I’m not able to use the laundry without the app having funds loaded electronically via phone call .

Updated: The ladies who work here are amazing. Always friendly. The place is clean, washers are clean although a few times some of them smell really gross, dryers are clean and don't leave clothes smelling burnt. My only thing is a few weeks back when I went the washing machine cost had gone up. Disappointed about that. Those quarters add up quickly.

Nice and clean in this place!!! Lots of room and washer and dryer sizes. Btw, there’s a change machine that you can put a 20 in, and get 10 in quarters and ten BACK. So THAT’S really helpful. Real nice employees run the place.

I see a review someone left and a response from owner a few hours ago that says it's opened, but it's closed. So is this place opened or closed... Owner left a response, but the response they left before was also for the humble location, unless they're responding to all reviews without differentiating between locations. This is frustrating

Best washateria I’ve ever been to! Clean, all the machines work, they also have an app to turn on the machines as well which is so cool. You can put money from your card straight to your account! The app also will let you know when your clothes are done so if you leave you can be notified! Awesome!
