The Laundry Room

Very rude customer service. The first time, they tried charging me 10$ extra for detergent that I never purchased nor requested, when I asked her why there was an additional charge, she rolled her eyes and said let me see. The second time, the woman yelled at me to not put my clothes on the counter .. it’s unfortunate. Quality customer service is key to any successful business. Please be kinder to people who pay you for a service.

Really bad customer service. When you walk into the business, they just stare at you.... I greeted the owners, and they still did not greet me, just kept staring. Afterwards, they literally told me that they were not going to alter the dress I wanted altered because it looked fine and did not need altering. Avoid this place and just walk up the street to the other dry cleaners where the owner is normal and nice and will, you know, just do their job rather than give you their opinion. Weirdest people/small business ever.

-Horrible Service. The laundry attendant was so rude and nasty to me. She stated that the last wash was 9PM and argued with me for 10-15 minutes. When I finally looked at the paper on the door, it said 9:30PM was the last wash and I got there at 9:17PM. She would not let me wash my clothes until I requested to speak with the owner/manager. The manager was nice and let me wash my clothes. I would have never thought they would have that type of service coming from the Fleetwood Area. The only thing I would say that the machines are good and the dryers are hot and dry fast… other than that I would NOT recommend anyone to go in the night time because they are unsteady with the hours and service. Don’t waste your time or money.

Clean establishment and reasonable prices but what are the operating times? It never corresponds to what is posted on the door. Ever! Every single attendant especially on the weekends closes the laundry at a DIFFERENT TIME! Some are saying last wash at 7 pm and locking the door. On a different weekend night, the door is locked at 8 pm with patrons being told laundry is closed and you’ll only be permitted to dry clothes since they close at 9 pm. Other Saturday nights, patrons are still drying and folding well past 10pm! Can we please have some consistency?! For this primary reason, I will seek to take my laundry business elsewhere!

The ownner is friendly and eager to help. I loved that the place is clean and everything was super fast and easy. Would definitely come back. There's an ATM machine nearby if you need some change for the machines so it's super convenient.

The laundromat is always clean and the staff is courteous. The only bad experience I had was when one of the dryers took my quarter. I told the attendant and she gave it back to me. They have since fixed the machine. I have been to other laudromat and there is no comparison. This is the best.

I used to come here to wash my clothes and I didn't enjoy the service, but then I noticed that it was under new ownership; today is my first time back and honestly love their service!

I dropped my laundy off for wash service for the first time at this laundry mat on 8/3. Shortly after dropping off my clothes I recieved a phone call from the laundry mat. The lady said that my clothing will not be ready until Monday. I told her that I need them for work on Monday and she said ok and i should to leave a tip in the envelope for her because she will not be there on Sunday. I thought that to be unprofessional (how csn I leave a tip without seeibg my clogging?) but I let it go. I received another call about blankets and the price which was easily sorted out. Sunday 8/5 during the daytime. I pick up my clothing and the lady working that day didn't have the correct price and she was VERY RUDE. Luckily I had the other woman's cell phone number and we called her to confirm the price. After paying the money, the woman says "No tip?" I say "maybe next time" and she begins to shout loudly :No tip" "No tip" while laughing on the top of her voice with a Landry room full of people. I didn't tip because the experience/customer service/professionalism was terrible. I will never return.

Nice environment, wonderful atmosphere, only downfall is there are only two extra large size washers majority small and medium. Dryers are .25, you cant beat that. Very sanitary and keep the latest news on tv.

Nice and clean. You just have to be careful with your belongings. Some people that go to wash are thief’s. I once had someone steal my laundry bag and 10 dollars.
