Tucked away in a small plaza, I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. Customers were friendly and there were plenty of washers and dryers for everyone.

I was taking my cloths here for a few months and the ladies there are very nice and helpful so I kept going. I started noticing stains and just figured I did something. So I went and bought 6 new pairs of Joseph Abboud paints that are dry clean only. I dropped them off to have them dry cleaned and hemmed. When I picked them up 1 pair wasn’t hemmed correctly and all of them did not fit me anymore. They all shrunk and were way too tight to be worn anymore. So they never dry cleaned them. They washed them. Now I have $700 worth of new pants that I can’t wear and can’t return because they have been hemmed. There’s nothing I can do about it and it’s just not ok. If pants say dry clean only you dry clean them. It’s terrible because the ladies there are so nice. Don’t trust your dry clean only cloths with them.

Highly maintained facility. The machines all work perfectly and they don't damage your clothes like some laundromats (strangely) do. Very good operation. Great management in place.

I was pleasantly surprised with this facility! I've been to several different laundromats in the area, and this was my favorite experience yet. They had lots of machines available on a Wednesday afternoon. The coin machines were working and took everything from a $1 to $20. The employees were friendly and helpful. One lady came up to me and asked if I needed help. She helped me figure out which machines would be best to use. I definitely plan on returning.

The only problem I had with this place is when the attendants clean the lint traps.. cleaning the lint trap requires stopping the dryer, when they restart the dryer they always put it on high heat. Last time I was there I had a few garments shrink because of this. I brought this issue up to the owner, she was so kind and understanding and willing to help however she could. Customer service here is immaculate and for that I will be a returning customer.

Please avoid. They only accept cash. I couldn’t believe it for a sec. I had to change $30 into quarters. Overpriced. In case you’re wondering, one medium load is $9.50 alone and that adds up as you’re doing more laundry. Dryer cost 25 cents just for 5 minutes. The dryer on high speed doesn't dry as well as it should. If you’re washing towels, that can go on for 30 mins without really drying fully. I spent $30 total and I still can’t believe it. I spent over $5 on drying alone. I had to go back and forth for change. Automatic doors don’t work. The folding tables are all filthy.

I’ve used them a long time for fluff & fold and they do a great job. Maria is an absolute gem!

Place is filthy. Automatic doors don't work. Limited supply of carts. I witnessed a drug deal in the establishment while my clothes were drying. Not a good place to be. Overpriced washing machines that don't change in price based on wash selections. Smallest old style machines go for $2.50 a load. Smallest Speed Queen is $3.00 $3.75-4.00 35lbs $6.75-7.00 50lbs $9.00-12.00 for largest machines Dryers are priced fine, $0.25 for 4 or 5 min depending on which dryers you use. 1 small TV off in the corner with decent speakers. Only thing convenient is parking on a weekday. Place looks nearly empty so was able to get a spot in front.

Let me start by saying that I travel to dozens of cities every year for work throughout the country. You might think that my trip to Springfield's luxurious Hilton Hotel would yield some sort of Laundry Facility (you know because my $300 bucks a night might justify such) but no... There’s a 1980's washer and a loud machine they call a "dryer"...So (like so many other trips) I find myself in search of a place to clean my dirty drawers. To my delight there was such a place nearby in a clean little shopping center located too conveniently close to a Chipotle (I'm basic and white... what more needs to be said). The laundry facility is directly across from the Library and next door to a nice market store that sells beverages and whatnot. The facility was clean, up kept, and had loads (pun) of machines. The prices were fair and they had all the necessary tools (IE: detergent). Throughout the store were televisions playing a variety of shows and/or movies to keep you entertained. The staff was plentiful and seemed to be keeping busy. There is what seemed to be a small little alteration shop attached but, I never used it. I was kept fairly busy on my month long trip so thankfully they kept long hours and I was able to do my laundry with fair time and no stress. The crowd there was polite and courteous… In other words no one glared at me as I folded my brightly colored undergarments. For whatever weight my review carries... I rather enjoyed my experience with this establishment and would absolutely return. ZERO complaints from me.

My 3 year old and I came here to wash a couple loads of laundry since we're waiting to get a new washer. We had a great experience! There's a tv with movies going for kids which made my life easier. And the loads were fast (26 min) and reasonable ($3.75). The one employee asked if I needed assistance and was very friendly.
