50 East Laundromat

Ever since I came upon your laundromat I have been nothing but grateful and appreciative of the people running it and taking care of it. Everything is in great shape (even if some washers/dryers were out of order). It's clean. It's enjoyable to sit down and wait for laundry. The vending and seating already is super appreciated and helpful. And ofc the perks like $1 off or free dryer days. With the diversity of the type of washers you have (80lb.50lb.etc) It has helped save so much money and time! So i thank you again for everything and this business you run.

Edit: the floor was actually a lot worse overall than my uploaded image. I really didn't want to make other customers uncomfortable by taking loads of photos, so I tried to be stealth and took a photo from where I was seated as I waited for my washing. Not to mention the liquid detergent messes and massive puddle towards the back of the laundromat that I also had mentioned(slipping hazard!). Also, if the manager (as noted in the reply to my review, idk if the reply stays after a review edit) has the duties of cleaning like an attendant, they're not doing their job and you might want to find a better manager/attendant or figure out why they're not able to handle those duties and solve the root problem. I also said that I could deal with the prices, that wasn't the problem, but it is nice for other customers to know how much things cost so they're not blindsided. If it was decently clean I'd have left 4 stars. If it was really clean, I'd have left 5 as I could justify the price tag- I fully understand the model of getting what one pays for. Original review: I came here because my usual one is closed and I wanted to treat myself to a week of not hand-washing my laundry. While $6 for a small machine feels like a rip-off, I can deal with that as a monthly treat. That said they really could use an attendant. It's fairly dirty, the machines and floor are covered in spilled detergent, one spot had a massive puddle(nowhere near a machine, so that might be a landlord problem from a leaky roof but it's still a slip hazard), not to mention the trash.

Clean but machines are a little pricey. To wash anyway.

The $8 and $6 is the same type same size. That's a rip off! Second the top dryers don't dry put $5 in that was a waste. And lastly there was so many haties in there they was holding all the damn carts. And even had clothes in the dryers not even drying. Never will go there again

I've tried many laundromats in and out of this area but I like this Laundromat by far, it's the quiet and clean with maintenance in site , if any issues they're solved accordingly. Really nice place to relax and wash

Always very clean only been here 2 times so far will be back more probaly every week.

Giving zero stars went to wash some blankets and had my dog with me which is a small size dog before I could walk in I was told no dogs allowed asked why he said because he is the owner that’s why after so many years being a customer I will not be going there anymore no where did the facility have no dog signs posted anywhere
