My initial experience was not the greatest, and I left a review reflecting that. However, I went back up there to explain my issue to the GM by the name of Rome, and she was EXTREMELY helpful, extremely understanding, and super considerate. She is a huge reason that my review went from a 1 star to a 5 star. There was an error on some of the employees end, and because of Rome, it is completely forgiven. The prices are amazing, and I will continue servicing my clothes at this location. Thank you Rome! You’re a gem.

Workers here are pretty nice. However, they can never seem to find my name in their computer. Everytime I go they spend a good amount of time trying to find my name. Other than that, I would recommend!
