Best laundromat in the bay area - I’ve been coming to this laundromat biweekly for the last year and never had an issue. Machines are always working, and the owners clean them regularly. There are many sizes of washers, from small to XXL loads, priced at $4.50, $6.50, $8.50, and $10.50. Dryers are big and $0.25/hour. The machines take card, and most take tap to pay. I’ve never not been able to find a machine, but it can get busy on Saturdays and some weekday nights. Friday nights and early Sunday mornings are usually pretty calm. They have free wifi (great for working while you wait), large counters with seats for folding, three benches inside, multiple TVs, and some toys/books for kids. The laundromat feels clean and safe, with lots of cute decor on the walls. Owners are nice & helpful. I’ve never had any issues with stealing or people messing with my clothes. It has become like a second home at this point and makes not having an in-unit washer/dryer not so bad.
I actually don't mind doing laundry here. It's always clean, the machines are modern and work well, and the folding tables are huge. The owner is often around, making sure everything is running smoothly.
Clean laundromat with a change machine dispenser for quarters and laundry detergent. Friendly, professional and reasonable people who run the place. Open most part of the day. Since the laundromat is located at a busy spot, always felt it to be a safe spot. Free wi fi helps ....
🚨fyi- Last wash 9:30pm-We’ve been patronizing this business for 6 years, although it’s the cleanest one in MV, unfortunately the change of hours for last wash leaves us in search of another laundromat gem with later hours that accommodate our scheduling needs. We have one around the corner from us, but have always have chosen this one even after moving from the Rengstorff Area for the last 4 years when we are need of using larger capacity. Just wanted to put this out there so someone doesn’t experience the disgruntled cleaning crew when your last wash is exactly at 9:30pm. Please make sure you give yourself 10 more mins before 9:30pm. Best of luck and well wishes. Please update/post this on all business platforms/social media, not all photos can be seen for last wash timeframe ;)
Best place for doing big loads. I have washers and dryers in complex I live but I tend to come here for bigger loads. Like comforters and sheets. It’s just so easy and I used cash less often. So being able to swipe if I don’t have quarters is great. Also, I love the drawings in the front. Very cute honestly adds little personality to the store. Definitely does get crowded so plan accordingly. This place is great.
Beware!!!!! Don't let their supposed cleanliness fool you. Their machines look clean from the outside but on the inside, where it counts they're filthy. I washed my clothes here, 2 loads. One load rinsed thourouly the other looked as if it hadn't rinsed at all. When I approached the attendant on duty, a petite nasty filipino lady, she yelled and I was told it was my fault!! She asked me to leave and find another place!!
I would definitely NOT recommend this place! Horrible caliber of customer service I’ve ever seen! If you like to be yelled at “to leave”after asking as to why the dryers, don’t dry well. Then you complain to the manager about it and he says “there are other places you can go “and doesn’t care, then this is the place for you.!!😄Why should it take more than $2.00 to dry one load? Garbage attitudes. The original woman who owns it is a kind lady, but definitely her Son is not kind and neither is the male attendant who falls asleep often at night not assisting people. -you can read the BS the laundry owners son wrote ⬇️but the bottom line is customer service is trash and so are the dryers . I work for a well known business in Palo Alto and will definitely share my experience. Please read the countless other complaints in the reviews, it speaks for itself.
I used the wash and fold service. I was asked if I had any allergies, which I do and hadn’t thought of myself. I was offered free and clear soap and no softener as well as free and clear dryer sheets if I wanted. Great service! I really appreciate this attention to detail. I have used the washers and dryers myself previously and found them to be in good condition and everything is clean.
Not a bad laundromat, gets the job done. Ample parking. Tap to pay is broken on most of the machines, swipe or insert coin only. Prices are slightly higher than average. Considering this, no restroom available to customers which is very disappointing considering the cost of doing a wash here. In fact I had to leave between cycles to go to a grocery store several blocks away.
Great place to do laundry! I've been a customer for almost 3 years and I've never had an issue. Clean and good staff.
