Very clean always! They have Monday through Friday $2.25 double loaders! Best price in town! No chaos! Big parking! It is a laundry hour! Dryers work well and are hot! They are very accommodating and have any laundry product you could need! Best laundromat!!

I was traveling out of town and stopped by here to do some laundry. All the machines seem new or recently updated & the attendant working there seemed friendly and eager to help. I would do my laundry at this location again next time I'm in Irving, TX.

I've been going to this laundry mat location since 12/2022 and it's always clean and well maintained, but the only complaint I have is that the older thinner lady that is usually there at night with salt pepper hair is rude, follows you everywhere watching everything you do and when you just took out your clothes she goes right behind you to check it. This is very unnecessary of her to do and give ugly looks to other ethnic groups, or having her family go there talking all loud or her hugging all up on her man when she should be working. Maybe she doesn't understand what she is doing that her behavior will not be tolerated by others especially paying customers and deal with harassment of her following everyone that is not of her race. The other younger lady or the guy that I see at times do not do that to paying customers. If it continues with her doing this to paying customers I will file a complaint. Besides the bad apple this place is well maintained and prices are reasonable just need better customer service and be happy to work there and not look miserable or look bothered when asked a question from paying customers.

I have lived in Irving for over 10 years. I used to come to this laundromat long before the renovation. I temporarily went to another laundromat for a while because I could use my debit card instead of coins. I am so glad that I decided to come back to this one today. This laundromat has a personal significance to me plus there are more than enough washers and dryers in this one. The prodigal son has returned home. ☺️☺️☺️👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

This was the best coin laundry I have ever used. Good price & the washers and dryers clean and dry very well ! Most coin laundry ' s take for ever to dry your clothes but not this place! Go out of your way to do laundry here you will make gas $ back in the savings and time. I will be back next time I come through dallas area for sure!

The first time I went service was great my washer was broken and the lady was extremely polite and helpful. I thought I could skip out on laundry. Until just now I could tell when the lady saw my basket of clothes she didn't want to do them. I walked away to get another basket out of my car and she had the basket and the clothes on top of the scale telling me it was 33 pounds. The first time I came the lady took all of the clothes out of the basket and put them in bags and then weigh them so she can have the accurate weight without the basket. I tried to tell the lady didn't she didn't want to take the clothes out of the basket. My total came $88 I almost let them go ahead and do them but then I just thought if she's too lazy to take the clothes out of the basket and weigh them accurately my clothes aren't going to be as amazing as they were before. So I just left I won't be doing business there unless the other young lady is there in the mornings or during the day.

Best laundromat around! The folks that own and run this place do an amazing job of keeping the facility clean and the equipment updated and running perfectly. I actually enjoy doing my laundry here. Just nice people and a really nice place.

Very clean but with a rude Lady a young lady was giving me attitude while I was trying to do my laundry she would open the washing machine while I was using it I ask her why she couldn’t wait until the machine was done she mumbled and said something I couldn’t hear call the manager but didn’t do anything about it how sad a nice place to do laundry has poor service on the lady

It's very clean and quiet. The washers work great, seems a little over priced but worth it. I don't like the dryers. They don't seem to dry for me and I was under the impression that it was free dry but it's a quarter

Cleanest Laundromat in Irving. This is their 2nd location and has newer machines than the first one. I used to go to those "other free dry places " but after waiting on high price machines and too crowded with running kids...I say you get what you pay for. This place is clean and also LGBT friendly. At those free dry places i paid $12 for 2 washers. At this place I paid $9.50 for 2 washers and $3 to dry. For 50cents more its Damn WORTH IT !!!!!!! And btw both places have same prices and same type of machines.

You can buy something (ie laundry soap) and get cash back to use the coin laundry. The staff are kind. They keep it clean. I recommend going when it opens (esp on the weekend)

this was bad, my sister forgot some clothes and they just let it out soo anyone could take what they want, they could keep the clothe for afew days to see if someone came for them, but not, they just let anyone take what they want. My baby …

I have been there a few times, and always had a good experience. It's clean, great washing equipment, and friendly personnel.

Lots of washers and dryers available. Had no issues...place was kept very clean.
