Washboard of Cape Cod

This is my 1st time here. The place is very clean. Smells good! The prices are great! Very reasonable laundry services. The machines are a bit dated but work very well. These are machines use quarters. No cards. There is an ATM on the premises as well as a change machine. There are tables to sit at. For those who Vape or smoke, they have benches outside. Even the grounds outside were clean and well kept.

Very clean and the staff person was very helpful. She gave me great advice about the best way to wash a bulky blanket.

The staff was very friendly but the place could use some love. Equipment is showing its age and many machines where out of order. Coin operated only, but there is a machine that takes care of that.

Great people doing a great job! I've been a customer with them since 2022, and they are worth it!

I don’t recommend this laundry I spent $25 for washing clothes some machine didn’t have hot water even I asked receipt she was very rude and did not customer care and put water in machine manually I asked her why you said all machines are working fine I lose money & time there and went to other laundry.

I have been to a lot of different laundromats on Cape Cod and this is best by far all due to your employee, Gail. She went out of her way to be helpful and informative about clothing I had purchased that I was not quite sure what would be the best way to wash, she stepped in to answer any questions I had on top of coming back over later to make sure I even FOLDED THEM CORRECTLY! Thank you Gail, for providing service with a smile. You have new customers at washboard and I will now be telling people about my wonderful experience!

I'm sorry I didn't get the attendants name. It was a Tuesday around noon. She was super friendly and helpful. The only negative I can say is I wish they had machines that you could use credit cards.

My family and I moved here from out of state, we were previously going to a closer laundromat but circumstances caused us to try out washboard. We had such a pleasent experience and Gail the attendant was so sweet and helpful to us and to my son. We haven’t been to the closer mat since. I am more then willing to make the drive to feel like family. The brownies she makes are an added bonus!

This is a mediocre facility. Extremely expensive machines, unfriendly attendant(s), with zero Restroom facility’s. If this is the Best Cape Cod has to offer… Woe be it those who have to use this facility… Don’t Fold Your Clothes here signs… What’s that about? Specifically… after being berated by someone at Washboard… look at the filth on the wheels/axles of the baskets…. Take down your unnecessary sign of No Folding, etc. …. Please have an option to there is Nothing but a sink in the Restroom…Even a PortaJohn would have worked. I’m not going to beg for a Restroom … Repair the dozens of machines that are Out of Service… shall I go on?

Very clean facility with lots of washers and dryers. The woman working there was very nice and extremely helpful. Places to sit and read or work while waiting. Plenty of parking, too. If you need to wash clothes this is the place to be.

I was there with my mom and daughter the lady would not help us get a drink out of the machine . Very rude. But a black person needed help she was right there . She doesn't like white people. . I was not happy with the service there .

Huge place but the dryers don't dry well and I feel like washers don't wash good. I usually go to star laundry and I'm satisfied with them.

Almost everything was out of order, including the bathroom! So I went to the Barnstable Community Youth Center for the bathroom while my clothes washed. The dryers looked pretty clean, though.

My 2 times going there were horrible!!!! I had half my clothes stolen the first time, and the second time my 12 year old daughter's iPhone 6S Plus was stolen. Ask the ladies owner to roll back the video cameras and she refused, she said it …
