The Laundry Room Ludlow

Don’t waste your time or money hereI’ve been coming here for about a year and a half now And lately when I come have the washers Spin cycles don’t work. You have to constantly call the Number they have placed on top of the machines and have them reset them. Dryers don’t get hot at all today I go in coin machine doesn’t work soap dispenser doesn’t work. It used to be a good place, but not anymore. It’s time to move onto Another place.

It's clean and reasonably priced. You can pay by cash (coin machine) or card.

Place is dirty. I have used this place a few times for bulk loads. Most of thr machines don't work. Or are cash only. If a machine is broken its usually broken for a awhile. The previous owner was better at maintenance that's for sure.

Annoyed because I been coming here for over 5 years. Every week. This past weekend I went even more washers were broken. For $6 a wash id expect them to be maintained, I take my clothes out soaking wet, and my other washer errored and I had to pay AGAIN.. plus 1.5 hours on dryer for my soaked clothes. I usually am not bothered but this is for majority of the washers now not just one! Seeking a new place at this point... management is not upkeeping this place ever since remodel.

Very clean and modern facility, has obviously recently been renovated. Plenty of workspace and everything appeared to be in working order. There are 4 sizes of washer; older single load front loaders, and three sizes of modern digital machines, “4 loads” “5 loads” and “8 loads.” Base prices are $3.50, $5.75, $8.75, and $11, a quarter or two more for hot, heavy duty loads. My main concern is that the three largest washers only seem to run for 25 minutes, which frankly is not enough time both for the capacity they claim and the prices they charge. However, if your laundry tends to run light then that might be fine for you. I’ll likely keep looking around and won’t be returning here

I was amazed by just walking in. I don't even have enough words to express how i felt when i saw this place first time. So clean, updated, new washing JUMBO machines, different electronic washing options. Credit card corner, sanitizing bottles, extended operation hours, roomy and spotless. The size of washing machines got my attention. I highly recommend this place for anybody that cares about their laundry. This is my new place to go. I will never go to another laundromat but laundry room in Ludlow. Good job guys on keeping this place so clean and updated. This is the way to run business. Thank you so much

Clean but too small. Only 3 stars because their machines could be more up to date. They use Speed Queen like Laundry City but unfortunately they don't have all the capabilities available ( ex. Extra rinse, more time, pre-clean, deep clean, etc).

Plenty of washers and dryers available. Wash cost is high… $6+ a load. Dryer cost is about $2 for 30 mins which isn’t bad. Washers need to be cleaned daily which is doesn’t look like they are. I reached out to the owner but she never answered me.

Super clean, great washers/dryers. I took a star off because this place is a bit expensive. Alot of places don't charge to dry your chlothes but this place does. Your atleast going to spend around 20$give or take depending on the amount you have each week.

My at home laundry has been temperamental lately so I tried the Laundry Room in Ludlow. AMAZING! It was so clean inside! All the machines are brand new and my laundry was done so fast! Very impressed! I'll definitely be back!
