I definitely forgot to write a review, and I drove past and realized! The way they had my husband’s suit dry cleaned so fast and last minute for a wedding! I am super appreciative! They are so kind and a very good price! Would recommend!!!!

Great place to go with a staff that is very kind. I recently took my comforter here after having a terrible experience at another dry cleaner place. The previous place gave me back my comforter covered in splotches, still damp, and felt smothered in detergent. When I noticed the splotches and detergent feel, I asked them what it was and if they could do anything about it. Rather than admitting fault and trying to help, they just tried to blame the material of my comforter and said there was “nothing they could do” because it was “permanent damage.” Right. So same day I came here and asked the guy if it really was permanent damage or if it could be cleaned and fixed. He said “I can’t promise anything” but that he “sees this as a challenge” and he loves challenges. Fair enough man, have at it! Sure enough, I come back, and the splotches and damage is completely gone. All it took was genuine care and not a rushed job. 5/5 experience here— they CARE. Will continue to come here from now on.

I am curious about the five star rating. I wish them well with their business but I will not be returning. To correct a tear by the pocket, you need sew it from the inside so the stitches do not show. Also you want to pick a thread that blends with the fabric. And the shirt? None this was done see pics. This dry clean was supposed to help save time and prep for my 7 years old first daughter and daddy dance. 🤦 I could have done a better job doing it myself.

Just moved to the area and was looking for local dry cleaners. Many great things about this place. The prices on simple things are high and I just came from New York where I paid for pick up and delivery at a lesser cost. But otherwise nice place.

Disappointed by this dry cleaning service. Spent almost $50 for the stains on the clothes to be either untouched or made worse. Next time I am looking for a dry cleaner, I will be looking for another establishment. Sad I trusted Smart Kleen with my pieces.

Great service and very good prices. They are super busy sometimes, so give yourself time for pickup, but compared to most places is still relatively quicker turn around. And check out their weekly specials $$. You won't be disappointed. Thank you.

Have been coming here over a year and never had an issue. I use them mostly for button down shirts and dress pants for work. They do a great job of pressing and offer same day (if dropped before 10am) and next day service at no cost. Their prices are fair, never seen a coupon for them but thats okay with their competitive prices.

Arrived on a Saturday at 9:10am, stayed until 9:40am. Still closed. No sign, no updated hours, nobody around. Hoping nothing happened to the folks on their way to work, but frustrated that my first visit as a new resident, trying to establish and build a relationship with a company, has started off with a misfire. Was hoping that 4.9 was a 4.9 when it came to thoroughness in business management and store hours. Again, hope nothing happened to the folks that were supposed to be working this morning. Now to move down the road and find another cleaners. Update: The Manager/Owner reached out to me and I have went back to Smart Klean Plus ever since then. Mistakes do happen and they are authentic in caring about mistakes and getting a job done right. That’s hard to find these days. Outstanding service, great prices, and the job is done right every time. I changed my rating from 1 Star to 5 Stars.

I had motor oil stains in my precious and prized coat that my mother purchased for me years ago. I must be honest, I wasn't sure if this company would be able to help me have the stains removed from my coat. The results knocked me off of my feet, and my coat looks as if my Mother had purchased it all over again. I'm coming back to have my Calvin Klein dress dry cleaned soon. If you are in doubt as I was, take a leap of faith in this company! You won't regret it!
