I had a fantastic experience with Silver Cleaners! Their attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. My clothes came back looking fresh, spotless, and perfectly pressed. The staff is friendly, helpful, and they always go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right.

I'm so torn about my feelings here. The clothes are always done well, so that's not an issue. He learned my name quickly and always greeted with a smile and usually asked how I was. Very polite folks. My main issue is that it's more expensive because they don't do anything to the clothes. They take them to another place and someone else does all the work (they told me). All these guys do is act as "middleman" for the process, then take off the top their fee. Because of this, I've had a few times where I go to get my clothes at the pickup time, or soon after, and they aren't "back" yet. They offer to deliver them once they arrive, but I'm usually out evenings. Also, like other posts mention, there were times I went to drop off at opening, or a few minutes after opening, and they weren't there. Also, they take holidays (not a huge deal) but that means when they do you can't get any cleaning dropped or picked up. Most of the time, things went smoothly, but the other times are really frustrating so I would give 3.5 stars if poss., but lean to 4 due to regular service and well done clothes.

Best dry cleaners ever!! Their service and quality is the best. I’ve been coming here for more than a year now and Joel has always taken care of me with any dry cleaned or tailoring needs. I highly recommend this dry cleaners to anyone.

I am so grateful for the customer service . Joel was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable of services provided. They did an excellent job with restoring the inside of my Louis Vuitton purse. I’m so excited and will return for other items.

The service is always incredible. The staff is super nice and the quality of cleaning is the best I’ve experienced and I’ve been to a lot of cleaners. Highly recommend and will now be a regular even though I have to drive a bit out of my way

Joel was very helpful. I thought I need all my suits alter but he walked me through what I actually needed and saved me money. It’s refreshing to go to a business that actually puts the customer first and not profit. Very friendly, quick and efficient.

Do not go here on a Wednesday morning. Everywhere including the sign on the door says they’re open at 7:30. I’ve now gone twice around 7:45 with the door locked and the sign still flipped to closed. Every other day doesn’t open until 8, so I’m not sure why they post 7:30 on Wednesdays just to not be there.
