Wash Smart Laundry

Super clean place. Plenty of large washers and dryers. Uses card system. Spotless restroom. The only downside was I put the dryers on highest setting and they never got very hot.

05-11-2025 @ 8:15pm Literally the cleanest laundromat I’ve been to in Tyler… all the machines worked. Everything is good to go and I will say the lady that was working tonight was super friendly and make sure that the laundromat is spotless!!!

Our daughter works at Pine Cove and visits Wash Smart Laundry every week. The facility is clean and accommodating and the ladies working there are friendly and professional. You can wash yourself or get same day or 24 hour service and have your laundry washed, dried, and folded for you. It’s a win/win either way.

Super clean. Machines in great condition. Employee very helpful to explain the card system as well as help me decide on machine. Will def bring my large blankets here again.

I have been using their 24 hour laundry drop off service for years!! The staff is always incredible and have done a fabulous job each time! I am loyal to this place and I think others should be too!

We love it here, and are here bright and early on weekly. Recently, the employee who is opening has been late which causes clusters of people waiting outside, people walking into doors because they aren’t unlocked (even after opening) and when you ask them to do something they forgot to do- they get petty about it.

Love coming here to do my laundry. The facility is always well maintained and attendants are helpful and friendly!

I didn’t get the lady’s name, but she is working today and has been there since I arrived (1-2:46p). She is constantly talking bad about customers who are there, who are making a “mess” which there wasn’t any, she was shaking her head, scuffing and was about to say something about me leaving my belongings in the table (I went to the vehicle to put my soap bag up). I had told her I was returning I wasn’t leaving and she was clearly upset but said “you’re fine.” All rude. I own my own business and as a business owner, she needs to be checked and corrected about customer service. I have been coming here for the last 5 years and this is the worst experience ever here. My fiancé has mentioned to me “she’s always like that” over the phone because I called her to let her k is what had just happened but this is at first for me. I wanted to leave before I washed my clothes but I was already there so I finished doing my laundry. There is ways to correct a customer about a situation, there was no need for her attitude, gossiping, yelling “HEADPHONES!”to customers, and scuffing. Very unnecessary and unacceptable.

I've been there 2 times and I like how they keep it clean. I will note on here though. Don't go on a Saturday during the summer because you won't be able to get a machine. Camp counselors take over on the weekend but I understand why they need to do it. Just plan ahead

Friendly & helpful attendant, very clean laundromat. The change machine was in working order, both washer & dry were immaculate (inside & out). The free dryer of 20 min.x5 with paid washer cost $6.75, made this experience quicker & less expensive for family with jeans, towels and blankets. Very satisfied!
