Dirty Laundry

Went there on 04/26/25 I was one of the last people in the laundromat and left a shirt in there that was very important to me I call in the morning and I am told that it’s not there anymore i asked if they had cameras to see if they can see maybe they left it somewhere in the back and a lady said that they aren’t responsible for any lost clothes but I told her I was one of the last people in and she said they aren’t responsible I asked for the owners phone number so she can review the cameras she said they don’t have the phone number I don’t even know what to say about this place

Just recently started going there. The only downside I find is that the employees take up most of the washers and dryers for the clients who do not stay to wash their own clothes. There should be a few assigned for those services. I think there should be a separate space with washers and dryers for those services freeing up for those than do self service.

First time there. I must say the attendant she was so nice and helpful. However whoever owns this place should upgrade the dryers to a better hotter drying setting. The dryers were a rip off kept putting quarters and my clothes was still wet. One washing machining did not rinse well. I definitely wasted more money than I should have. Will not be back.

Enough working machine. But The place needs to be maintained the location clean and garbage cans empty.

For 3 years, I have dropped off my clothing on and off with spectacular review. That all changed this past week. On my last wash, 20 pieces of clothing were destroyed with bleach. In these clothing 2 of the pieces were brand new first time washed. The day after I picked up my wash I called them and advised them of the situation. I was told to bring it in. Unfortunately because of my work I was unable to bring in until Monday November 23 which they agreed to. I was also advised not to bring all items. I brought 5 items that best described the damage. I was told I was going to receive a call back. On the call back, manager Jennifer stated that the clothing was not damaged there and that the person who did the clothing did not use bleach. She stated that for the inconvenience she was going to give us 2 free wash. I would have taken the offer if during our conversation she did not hang up on me. She stated she had a business to run was very busy and had things to do without me accepting the offer. After the amount of time and investment that I made to this establishment, that is not how to treat a customer. I called back and was hung up again. I called a third time in which another employee picked up the phone. I requested the owners information. The information was denied and I was told he was on vacation. I advised that I will contact the better business bureau and get the information. I was hung up again. On the final call, Jennifer picked up again and immediately stated you can pick up your clothes, or take the wash, I am not going back and forth with you about this, I am very busy. Dear Jennifer, I am busy as well. Wash and fold services are a convenience to busy people. I understand you have a business to run. Businesses run on respect, acknowledgement and quality service. The owner of this establishment would not be proud of their manager and the way this manager speak to polite customers because one thing is clear. I treated you with respect and with honor as an employee of this establishment. I thank you for your past service but our business relationship has come to an end.

This used to be a great laundry mat unfortunately they have changed their hours not to mention they have an updated it on the website or on Google but half of the time machines are down both washer and dryer. They have a distinctive smell now coming from the washers I was there about two weeks ago and I basically had a little to no time to wash my clothes because I thought they would’ve been open around 11 or 12 AM but that is no longer the case they have a piece of paper taped on the front door saying they will be closing at 10 from now on just a heads up for anybody wanting to go to this laundromat, I still love this place, but until they improve, this is my rating for now!

First time I visited this place and it was a horrible experience first off the attendant was not polite at all she seemed like she did not want to work. One machine had onions in it and I asked her to clean it and she was so upset and dismissive.The dryers were all taken now I understand why every machine had very little clothing, it's because the dryers do not work. I wasted 40 bucks to come back home with damp clothing such a waste of time.

It was my fist time there and they were having problems with the washers and dryers where the computer system for them wasn't working so most of the machines weren't working for a while but they got them to work finally. The only other thing I didn't like is all the big washers only let you wash with any water except for hot. I guess they don't want to pay the water bill for hot water so they only have hot water on some machines which isn't fair if I'm paying for my clothes to wash and I like to use hot water. After the machines started working everything else was good. The dryers are really good and dry the clothes fast. It wasn't my best 1st impression but I'll try them again because I know things happen sometimes with computer problems. The staff was very nice and helpful as well.

I really loved this place when it 1st. Opened it was clean and staff were very nice and helped you understand the machines but after awhile they let go the responsibility of keeping up with the cleaning in the BATHROOM AND NEVER HAVE LYSOL SPRAY & AND MY BIGGEST CONCERN IS THE SOFA ARE SO,SO,VERY DIRTY AND THE DIRTY COVERS MAKES IT WORST! If that could be changed maybe a lot of the original first customers will come back like me! I Now Go to Kearny,NJ it’s so overwhelming clean friendly a little more money but to have piece of mind that you can’t get 🕷 on you (Lice) omg 😱 I rather pay a few extra Quarters!

The washers don’t add water unless you put it on a specific setting for a bunch of them and the workers don’t really help only complain when the machines don’t add water to the clothes and they don’t give your money back or pay for another machine for you either. I’m not coming back here..

The place is clean and worker are polite and they wash and fold clothes at a reasonable price

Clean and convenient. The attendants are very friendly and helpful. It does get very busy and its best to be there when they open.

The only place i do my laundry. Its clean, friendly staff. Also great location if i have to stop at family dollar for anything.
