This place has a person who's does the pressing . They have had a lot of complaints with their pants not having a crease . The crease is on the side who does that. Now, trying to get them to fix it is more of a hassle.

Clothes it self came out great. But I will say the employee working after 3pm was rude needs to smile. Gave me my clothes in tje pole and never said anything else literally nothing. She didn't tell me my clothes were hanging, never said thank you, never said I can pick up my clothes from the pole LITERALLY NOTHING. She needs customer serves training. Definitely doesn't hurt to smile. She seems to hate working there.

Was very pleased that I was able to have my item dry cleaned by the time I needed it. They actually finished earlier than expected! Thank you, this will now be my go-to place.

I had contacted them already two times already and went in person because they burnt my suit and a very expensive shirt and now they said that they will give me a store credit that I don’t need because I no longer live in Houston.. these people are pathetic

Horrible place! Avoid at all costs! First trip I asked for starch and didn't get it.Second trip they ruined my daughter's dress.Also, ALL the buttons of my Calvin Klein jacket were missing. All they do is give store credit, but I'm not coming back to getting horrible service! Avoid avoid avoid!

I dropped of my daughters dress, worn once. This is how I got it back. When I spoke with the manager and the front desk girl, she said.... "I don't know if it's going to fade or not until it's cleaned. It happens all the time with the dresses and black pants." Charged me 12$. The manager said there was nothing to be done and just walked away. How disappointing.

The cashier; was obviously by herself and tired, so I was not going to be a burden to her. Waited my turn had my ticket and paid. I admire her ability to change or use two languages at once. This is my go to cleaners.

Service was fast. They offered same day and did a wonderful job. Everything was fresh and beautiful. They even put it on hangers and placed it in the car for me.

Used to love this dry cleaners they have a new girl working the front doesnt say good morning or thank you I didnt realize you didnt need the business. I also got one of my dress shirts back with a button that wasnt the same color as the others im guessing it broke during cleaning but at least use one of the extras that came with my shirt.

The girls are nice always get greeted with a smile fast service always bring my clothes here.

Prices are higher than competitors, but so is the quality. You get what you pay for. I will definitely be coming back.

They said that stuff gonna be ready at surden time , but it’s a lie cuz they start working late so the stuff won’t be ready

Took a shirt in for dry cleaning and a spot treatment. They have me the shirt back with exactly the same spot! Then the owner, a rude, young Indian guy, told me to just do it myself at home a few times and maybe it would come out! He refused to cycle it again!

This cleaners is vey customer service friendly and they provide the best results out of any in the area. I highly recommend this dry cleaners. Great price and service.

They txt when done. Pants,suit jacket and blouse was 14 bucks.stains was removed my pieces looked brand new

My husband just started using this cleaners and loves it It is the 1st cleaners he has used in awhile where they don't burn buttons off of his shirts

brought clothes to get driy cleaned damaged my brand new shirt indian guy manger claims it was already like that n dont want to do nothin about it bad service

Bad service. Left with a huge stain. When I just wanted it cleaned. Do not recommend.
