Washers are hit and miss. Half of them barely get your clothes wet. Quality has deff gone down over the past year. I go to laundromat for good deep clean and it's like I hand washed at home. Stay away from the middle washers on glass wall by vending machines. I had to move clothes a rewash from three different washers.
I went there very late one evening , maybe around 4 am. There was trash everywhere and 2 different homeless guys passed out half sleeping inside. There were no security or other people anywhere it was uncomfortable to be there alone and I didn't feel very safe at all.👎 more really should be done about that issue for basic safety and because it's literally directly across from mcneese college. If the owners daughters and granddaughters had to go there alone and be that uncomfortable amd.unsafe they wouldn't turn a blind eye to the safety and poor customer quality experience
Very clean all washer and dryer work great. Weekends get busy but it is 24-7. They don't take coins you load money on a laundry card.
Update July 18 Washer stuck and we can't get it open. Also signed up for an offer through fb for $10 if you download the app and it did not add the money to our account. No idea how to get it resolved. Update. Came in one last time during our stay and couldn't locate an attendant. It was around 11:30 pm. When our washer finished, the door wouldn't open. No employee to help. Called the phone there and saw it on the other side of the gate just ringing and ringing. Left a message. We eventually got the machine open. But why wasn't there an attendant? They regularly have out of order notices on some of the machines, but there wasn't anything on this one. The employees are super helpful! I've been to this location and the one on Lake (this one because it's 24 hours and I work off hours). I definitely recommend this place! I'm visiting from another state and have a washer/dryer at home so I was clueless how this works and needed guidance. I also accidentally left my soap at the lake st location but had dropped off some of my grown son's laundry for them to do while I was doing my own, and I had put my receipt for his laundry in the bag with the soap and when I went to pick up his laundry the next day, the bag with soap was with it! I didn't even realize until then that I had left it! 5 stars!
The place was decent, but the ac can use a little work.. Very warm in here
Plenty of machines to choose from. Decent price. My only complaint is that the bill changer did not break my $20 into $5 dollar bills as advertised. It instead, sent quarters flying in every direction forcing me to scramble after several quarters. When I asked the employees to return some of the change for Bills they refused. 😑 Machines decent, customer service could use some improvement.
My clothes were so wrinkled, I don't have that problem when I hand them when they come out of the dryer. I will have to rewash and dry correctly to get wrinkles out
Never have any problems. The machines have always worked wonderfully even though it's a bit expensive to wash. They have two change machines, two vending machines but no ATM. There are bathrooms but they're not open 24/7.
I do my laundry here every week. The lady who works here is the nicest! Her name is JJ I believe. She helped me when she didn't have to. The place is clean and always smells good. Prices are fair and machines are always working!
Good place to do laundry. Their washers are basically small, medium, large. I didn't know that until after I started a load. The medium one is $5.50. The small one is $3. The dryers are paid like parking meters. I will come back if I need to do more laundry while we're here.
