Clean! Plus staff was lovely. I had my home machine break down and came in with a bunch of wet mess and was met with kindness, a friendly face and good help. Cash only, which isn't surprising and a bit warm but it is summer in a laundromat so I kind of expected that. Honestly will be back when I need big items washed like comforters or sleeping bags regardless of having a machine at home

I totally agree with the previous review saying 5 stars is not enough for this place !!! it's so clean, machines work great, and Nelson is a joy to be around as you wash your clothes, he's always cleaning the machines & being very attentive & helpful, always a joy talking to him! this is definitely me and my bfs new laundry spot :)

Great laundromat. Jessica is really nice. I only go there when she works. I usually hate laudomats but actually look forward to seeing her and it is a nice clean space.

Located on the west end of Lakewood, this is the cleanest laundromat in town. The staff is incredible, the washes are affordable and the dryers are free on Tuesday and Wednesday. Plenty of parking and seating inside and a change machine on site. Highly recommend visiting this location for your weekly laundry or even your comforters and pillows.

I’ve been frequenting Plaza Laundromat for a few weeks while my Dryer is out of commission. The place is so clean, and the machines are all well-maintained and efficient. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They have big machines too that you can do your blankets and bulky things in. Additionally, it’s extremely affordable. This all amounts to me not being very motivated to replace my dryer when I can come to Plaza Laundromat. I highly recommend it for your laundry.

Went here to wash our down quilt. There are new owners, new machines and new dryers. It’s very clean and the woman who worked here & new owners were really nice and very helpful. They even offered to help me fold our quilt! I would definitely recommend coming here if you have laundry to do & would like to do it in a clean and friendly environment.

So incredibly nice. When I came in with a stained shirt, they scrubbed and treated it for me! And even gave me the proper soap to wash it with. As a fresh graduate still learning about the nitty gritty of laundry care, they were such a good help. They’ve earned a loyal customer out of me.

Clean and friendly place. The owner was very nice, friendly, and funny. You can either drop your laundry off and the workers there will do it for you or do it yourself with many available washers and dryers. They also do hand pressed shirts.

After having a firsthand experience, I can say with surety that the glowing reviews I read before I patronized this business were greatly over-exaggerated. Yes, the employees were nice, but the condition of the laundromat is deplorable.
