The Washington Laundromat

I don't usually use laundromats because I have a dryer in my apartment, which has now malfunctioned. I was really scared to go to a laundromat.. it's such an unfamiliar experience. But when I came to this Laundromat, (after reading reviews of many) I felt as if I was at my favorite coffee shop. I was able to get out my books and journal and study freely and comfortably. They have air and fans. They have many washers, dryers, and folding stations. They have areas for children with toys and books as well as areas for adults with nice lounge chairs and tvs and a wrap around table nook with many outlets. It's genuinely comfortable to wait for your laundry at this place. They have snack and vending machines as well. Also they utilize the card machine which I like, because I don't have quarters 🥴🙈 Oh wait, did I mention that this place is CLEAN. Yes, clean. And the owner is really nice and attentive to his property and guests. I would GLADLY come back here.

This place has the best service. I mostly use their wash and fold services which are top notch and very competitively priced. They are convenient to access, near my home and office, and have friendly and high quality service and facilities with a very fast turn around. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They take great care of my massage table sheets and towels for my business. Really grateful and i am Always surprised how fast they are done. I have been doing massage for twenty years and have never gotten my sheets as clean and soft as they get them.

We were in town for a conference and had an emergency laundry situation. This place was super clean. Machines we very well maintained and didn't have any musty or moldy smell. They took card, so I didn't have to break any of my bills into quarters that I will never use. I have already recommended this place to two other people at the conference. 10/10

This is a pretty nice place. It's clean and the staff are cool. They also have all the things you need, and for the light traveler, you can even buy one pod at a time. Very convenient for those that can't carry around all those detergents.

I hate washing clothes, but this place makes it less of a chore! They have thought of everything. Wi-Fi, Reasonably priced snacks, big screen TV's, change machines, laundry supplies, wash & fold services and charging stations. The machines are modern and there is plenty of parking spaces. They have several comfortable sitting areas, throughout the laundromat. There's even a couple of areas just for the kids. What stands out the most, is that everything is very clean. Only con, using the machines can be challenging if you're not tech savvy. But they have a super friendly staff on the premises if you need assistance. Truly exceptional!!!

Amazing! Staff is super helpful and friendly, they answered the phone promptly when I needed to find out if they have big enough washers for an area rug (they do!) and the building is fresh, clean, nicely decorated, and spacey! I’m chillin on a leather couch while I wait for my rug to dry. A very pleasant experience 10/10

Went on the weekend, plenty of machines to wash and dry. You can use a card you load at the Laundromat or use your own cards. Controls are simple even a caveman can do it, not rocket science. Recommend this place.

Great laundromat. Tons of machines, has everything available (soap etc) to purchasae if needed, takes credit cards or coins so you don't have to purchase a proprietary card; snacks available for purchase, wifi, and kids play area.

I have been to a few laundromats mats in my life and I don't go often. I was in town to help out with relief and found myself there an extended time. On top of that I was pretty busy during the day hours and traffic didn't help. This location was opened shortly after the hurricane and had full services available. I was able to drop off my laundry for wash and fold service early in the morning and pick it up later that day at a very affordable rate. This really helped me out while I was busy helping others!! When I was inside I was blown away by the type of laundromat it was. It's very clean and spacious. It has different zones and areas while you wait on your clothes. They have several media watching areas. They even have a wall of mirrors lights and outlets if you want to do some basic cosmetology. It's really unique establishment and a great service to it's customers. There's even snacks for sale. It's a chore to do laundry but not a bad place at all to do it in. Wash and fold is $1.15 a pound with a 10 pound minimum. I even had to visit a second time for wash and fold. I was kind of in a pinch of time but they they were able to take it close to closing and have it ready at open the next day! Kevin the owner is great people and he has some great employees as well! They love and appreciate girl scout cookies as tips too. Come visit if you need and are in the area.

I had a pick up and delivery, 🚚. I had 8 bags of laundry 🧺. It was kind of an emergency 🚨 situation because I have family coming over. They got it done ✅. Separating my laundry and everything. Dropping it off the next day. I highly recommend this laundry service, they really took a lot of time and stress off my shoulders. Thank you 🙏 😇🙌

Did my landry here while I was on vacation in NOLA and it was very clean and tidy. The staff that was there was nice and would recommend this place to anyone.

Cleanest laundromat I have been to! I was traveling on a road trip and my hotel didn't have self serve laundromat. Free parking, nice AC, super clean, kid play area, and workstation with outlets. Not a coin laundromat and you do have to purchase a card for $1.

By far my favorite laundromat. Very spacious, clean, and well attended to by a great staff. And the machines take cards! Lots of room to sit and watch the news or hang out while your stuff is washing, free coffee available. Areas for children to play too.

My first time here, it’s very close to my house and I love it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is large, very clean with lots of places to sit and relax or work while your clothes are washing and drying. I came here to wash my extra large items and I will be back!❤️❤️

This laundromat was very clean and comfortable! There’s an area for children to play while waiting, lounge area for adults, and bar top area with multiple charging outlets. The machines accept electronic payments and there is free wifi. Wonderful establishment and will make this my go to whenever I am in town!
