The Laundromat

Very nice large place to get your laundry done. No frills kind of beaten up and not so clean, but I like it!

The woman who works here doing laundry is a sweetheart and always does her best work . Some machines are new others are a little rough but they get the job done .

It was clean. The staff members were friendly. A few of the machines were out of order, but there was more than enough that were up and running. Only downside is that most of the washers have "no greaser" signs posted. I understand that they're harder on machines, but it makes it a little tricky to wash blue collar worker clothes.

This place can definitely use a good cleaning! And the dryers took forever! No staff was on hand to help!

Decided to try this laundromat by the reviews and how the new owner was on top of responding to them. Yes does need new floors but signs all say they are coming to which she had replied to that new washers are in there and not badly priced either. I’m an out of stater and very particular of laundromats. Should I return here, elk city, I shall return. The owner is very pleasant and you can tell that she is striving to make her business work. I gave it a four rating for having been business owner in the past I can tell she plans on improvements 😀

Not bad, dryers were fantastic. We put $1.00 might have gotten away with. 50 they are that good. Not the cleanest but maybe they are remodeling. We have gone to alot of Laundromats while traveling this one a not bad.

Read some iffy reviews but have to say after visiting my experience was just fine. Washed and dried my clothes without a problem. I travel so I've been to some not so great laundromat. Only thing I would recommend is if they'd sell detergent. Other than that all great.

Most of the machines are out of order and have been for a very long time. I assume they have no intention of fixing them.......Adding to my review. Since my first visit which would have been my last if there was another laundromat in town, they have replaced a number of machines with ni e new machines. All dryer's are now working, both change machines work and there is a sign saying a new floor is coming. It still has a stale smell, and all new machines are large front loading machines that charge probably too much. There are no regular top load machines at this time. For all who said they would not be back I would recommend giving them another try. It looks as if they are now trying to make improvements.

Hours on door are "last load in at 8:15pm closes at 9pm". The lady locked the door on me at 8:30pm. Luckily i was in the parking lot and made her let me get my clothes. Extremely unprofessional. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Nice laundromat we stopped here while traveling to get some of her things washed up the attendant was super helpful and was able to provide us with some detergent and change for the machines machines are in great shape and it looks like they’re about to remodel as well well
