They are absolutely terrible. Laundry always late and when you call or text they never answer. Missing items occasionally. I had to pick up the laundry myself when it’s supposed to be delivered. The owner doesn’t care.

We dropped 4 black garbage bags of laundry when our washing machine stopped working. An entire bag went of my family’s clothes went missing. The clothes were either stolen or given to another customer. We had to return 4 separate times to finally speak with the manager, who reimbursed us $200, a fraction of the cost of the clothes that were lost.
