We can't thank Tide Cleaners Meridian enough for saving our wedding attire! After a spontaneous (and muddy!) post-ceremony dip in the lake, both the bridal gown and groom's suit were completely caked in mud — we honestly weren’t sure they were salvageable. But Tide Cleaners worked miracles. Not only were they able to restore both outfits to their original, pristine condition, they also did it with an incredibly fast turnaround time. The staff was professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Highly recommend them for any cleaning needs, but especially for high-stakes items like wedding attire. I love the quality of work that Tide does. The fact that they pick up and deliver at my home is icing on the cake. We’ve had shirts, Dress shirts, pants, and dresses laundered/dry cleaned well. I even had them clean a bunny suit that was used for an Easter event at work! Always 100% satisfied. Keep it up Tide!

Not only does my bedding smell wonderful but they helped me tremendously with putting my comforter in the duvet cover! It was a last-minute request, but they fulfilled it without any questions asked! Great staff and great smelling bedding! I'll sleep well tonight!

I have always been very happy with Tide Cleaners, and my last experience was even more exceptional. They laundered a few clothing pieces for me that I needed turned very quickly as I was traveling and wanted to take them with me on my business trip. I offered to pay a rush fee, which they would not accept, and they had my items ready for me to pickup on my way to the airport. I appreciate their service and kindness, thank you!

Tide Cleaners always provides a quick turnaround, which is appreciated. The people are friendly. I feel the pricing is fair. Yesterday they missed one of my items. I phoned today and they found it without issue. Good service!

I’m extremely satisfied with the customer service that I received from Tide Cleaners. They deliver all the way out to Middleton, Idaho which is wonderful and their text messages make it easy to remember if you need dry cleaning or not, and just set it out your front door. What a great idea and I’m glad Tide‘s number one.

Customer service is great, kind, and pleasant. My issue is the shirts are not pressed and do not look ironed. I brought them back twice and they were very respectful, and redid them for free, but the shirts still did not appear to be pressed again. :(

Tide cleaners is one of the greatest places I have found since I moved to Idaho. I literally take my dry cleaning in on Thursday and it is ready by Friday so my husband can start his work week. everybody is so friendly and professional and they do a great job
