Im new to the area, and im looking for friendly and reliable cleaners to care for my wardrobe. This man was insulted that I took a picture of my items and asked if my clothes were in good hands. He gathered all my pieces off the counter and told me to leave. This is ignorance and arrogance at its best. To be put out after asking a question is crazy, but it's OK too because I'll find a place that will care for my things appropriately. Open to a conversation with the owner, but if you keep employees like him around. I'll go elsewhere.

Took an item for zipper repair. Picked up a week later for an event later that week only to NOT be able to get the outfit anymore. It looks like inches were taken from the zipper but associate in house swears thats not the case and then proceeded to ask me "well how did it break in the first place?".... No my behind, has grown; unfortunately

Did not alter my dress right and they took my measurements. Garment was still too big couldn’t get serviced because the women who does alterations only comes in a couple days out the week. They also expected for me to pay another fee to “fix” it.

Closed 5 hrs early and told me that he would have my clothes for an event ready on the day that they closed at noon. The kicker was that the owner told me that the clothes would be ready at 2 pm 2 days earlier. I didn't match my wife for our reception because of this place and their reason for the issue was "I haven't had a vacation in 22 years so we closed early!" What the heck. Didn't call, didn't say a word and just closed and left me high and dry despite giving me his word. Absolutely ridiculous. Saddest part, he didn't even clean my jacket for our reception and he knew that he couldn't at least a day before we were supposed to pick it up. I've been a customer for 4 years and this is just terrible service. Offered us a 10% discount. What's that going to do for a messed up reception??? It's not about the money. It's about keeping your word and this place does not. Go elsewhere.
