Very nice people but not very competent. I dropped off a dress for a simple alteration. a month later and they still can’t get it right. They don’t write down the measurements and take too much.. today I picked it up and it seems to have a large glue mark and the owner says “come back when she’s here” I’m tired of the back and forth. He didn’t offer a discount or even apologized for their mistakes.. There are so many other cleaners around here, you can find a better place.

Went to pick up my cleaners after dropping them off and owner told me he lost my clothes because he cannot babysit them and then proceeded to call the police on me because he wanted me to pay full price for them/cleaners losing my clothes. the stuff that I had in there was dirty and never dry cleaned and wanted me to pay full price the cops awarded me with my items and will not be going back there ever after that stunt. people who see this review should really consider not going here after being such a terrible dry cleaners and calling police on customers like really wouldn’t recommend to anybody in need of dry cleaning if I can give 0 stars I would

I wish I could give this place less than 1-Star. They misplaced my shirt, made me come back like literally 5 times saying he will find it and never found it. In the end when I said asked him to pay me for the shirt and I’ll find one he said - He will buy a similar shirt and give it to me and come back again after a week. I do not know how is he going to buy me a same shirt when he does not even remember what the shirt looked liked in the first place. Horrible experience. Not recommending at all, not for expensive clothes at least.

STAY AWAY! Do not bring valuable clothing here. They will ruin it and then claim it is not their responsibility. I would give this zero stars if possible. When I complained to the owner he said there was nothing he could do. Terrible customer service.
