N. 38th Avenue Laundry

I've been twice since our washer broke. The first time was okay. It was hot and not very clean. But the second time, I watched the owner and his wife be very rude to an older woman who was of a different race. They were friendly to me and my mother but very disgusting towards her. And she was a very kind lady... I did what I could to ease the hate shown towards her. But it was very awkward to be in between them and I won't be coming back. There are other laundry mats in the area. It's not okay to to treat people differently such as they did.

This is the cleanest and most well run laundry mat in this region. All of the equipment is well maintained and a variety are available from standard coin operated washers to industrial high flow machines. Drop off service is available by the pound. Mr. Mike and staff are knowledgeable and courteous. All of these points result in a quick and easy laundry day for me! That is why it is "THE MAT" at midtown

The employee or owner older white male, I got to witness this man spewing racist comments for the better part of an hour. It cost you nothing to be kind.

They are a drop off laundry but of course I prefer to do my own laundry but you can go start your clothes leave and come back and start your drying and leave and come back. You do have to pay a fee if you want the attendant to wash them for you. I don't know the prices and time frame but I do know they stay open til 12 am Mondays through Sundays. I think they do drop off wash on weekends. The snack machine and drink machine were down but they do have change machine, atm machine, and a clean bathroom. The washer prices get higher depending on the sizes but I used a $2.50 machine and a $4.50 machine and the dryers were 25 cents for 4 minutes and they got really hot. There are plenty washers and dryers and push buggies for transporting your clothes between the washer and dryer. They have several tables and places to sit to a table. They have flat screen tv you could watch. They were clean. Hope this is helpful to everyone!!!

Hot dryers. Good machines. A bit trashy and the staff are rude. I'm their defense they may be mentally impaired. Convenient.

This place is so filthy I thought it was called the dump. Just because it's in a black neighborhood why doe no one care about it You got people behind the counter on the internet and people watching what kids are doing but they can't pick up a broom or mop and bleach and clean up this dump.Just ashamed Everyone one needs to be fired!!!

Mary and Michael were amazing, but the wrong name on the building got me into trouble. First I sent someone else to the wrong place and being out of town I went to the wrong place when I went to get my clothes. Thankfully when I called them back they got me back where I was suppose to go.

Laundromat was clean and organized, however they did have several machines that were not working. Overall a good place to do laundry. They also have drop off.

I use the biggest washing machine today cuz I had a nice pile to try to hurry up and get through I paid $8.75 and I saw barely any water in the machine when the machine stop my sons clothes were still stink so I had to wash the clothes again in another machine and a guy finally comes and tells me that I should have not dried the clothes and waited for him because they can't give me a refund since I dried the clothes already Yes I dried the clothes after I wash them twice and I can't get my $8.75 back because of that sooo zero stars for me I won't be coming back here

I love it used to go to the other one by the old churches till there change machine was cheating me out of my money and I went to the owner and he didn't want to give me back my money so I went to the one on N.38th Avenue Laundry it's nice clean and not to many people crowing in the place its bigger than the one I used to go to and I haven't complain about my money from the change machine I will be going back there again

Not very busy. Attendants were friendly and helpful. A good place to do your laundry. Very affordable.

I love the service and the washers and dryers and the guy watches after your things and it's always room to wash

Hours are wrong just came in at 8:30 with one load dude said cant wash after 8:30 well why does hours say 6-10

Nice and clean. Dryers get good and hot. There is an attendant on duty.

First time used the machines here and seems to be good and clean.

Over half the dryers were out of order didn't know that till after I put in my money
