Actually this last time I had a crazy, shocking experience... What happened was something I thought only happened on TV! It was only me there for a while.. While I was getting clothes out of washer, a guy came in to get his stuff out the washers and headed to the dryers.. as did I. I tried to keep my distance. Long story short, our dryers were close. I went to my car when there was ten mins left of drying to pay a bill. In front of the windows.. I didn't leave. Well that guy grabbed his clothes out the dryer real fast and took mine out too. So.. there's that!! My clothes were stolen. But, THE OWNERS came to see me right after I called. They brought money to replace my stuff although it wasnt necessary. It showed how great those people were.. I will still be back, just not anywhere except leaning against my dryer! Lol. Overall, it's always clean, feels homey and comfortable..and now I know the folks in charge are very professional and responsible awesome folks.

Very nice and clean. Thankfully, there were customers around to answer questions. It was our first time and we were not sure how things worked. It was more expensive than anticipated. I would go back if needed.

The customer service provided by the owner was beyond amazing. He quickly came to the building to resolve an issue. He was professional and kind. Watch the time if your there at night. The doors automatically lock at 10pm EST time. My kids and I got locked out with our phones and laundry and mess out of our reach! I had to return at 6 am est to retrieve our stuff and clean up. Everything was safe overnight there so no worries. The kids had it rough without phones for the night! Hahaha

A little more pricey than other laundromats I've used, but for the convenient location, the cleanliness, and amenities (TV, vending machine, ample laundry carts, folding tables and seating, and a coindozer machine for those who feel lucky) it is well worth the few quarters more.
