This place used to be convenient, but now almost all the machines are “broken.” One time, people had to wait just to dry their clothes because most of the dryers were out of order. The pricing is okay, but it might be expensive for some. Hot water doesn’t always work, and the employees aren’t very helpful and not always there. Machines with no heat or water, or that don’t register when you put money in, should be labeled as broken... but they’re not. A lot of people have wasted money here, but they don’t really have a choice since other locations are too far. If you have no other option, I guess you could come here.

The most convenient laundromat nearest to our house. Several washers are out of order and are marked. This place is friendly, keep-to-yourself type place and quiet (not counting the washers and dryers). I like it so far! ONLY accepts quarters! There is a coin exchange machine inside if you do not have enough quarters.

I've been to a few laundromats in my time and I would say this one got a few things right. Even though a LOT of the machines were not working, they were clearly marked and the place is so big, there were plenty of working empty machines to use. The place was clean, including the bathroom. The change machine worked. There were chairs to sit in and both TVs worked. The floors had been swept and the trash cans were empty with clean liners. The machines washed and dried as expected. All washers were front loading with the cheapest load at $5.50. There were several larger machines that started at $10.00. 25 cents bought you 4 minutes of drying time. Overall, I thought it was just fine.

Im a reseller of clothing and do a lot of laundry.Overall this is good place to get your laundry done at affordable price. Small medium and Large machines to get the job done. Yes, there are some machines that are not functioning which are clearly marked . Despite that you can find a machine available to get your work done .Ample parking clean facility. People are quiet and friendly.

$10 to wash in large machine. OK, fine. Took $5 then broke... Keeping my $5. Went to a different machine. Again, $10. Took my $10 then broke. No phone number to call for help. No one there to ask for help. Really? This is how you make money?? Taking $15 from me?

I don't understand or agree with the negative posts. I needed a large frontload machine to wash my King size Down Comforter. They have plenty of washers and dryers, and they have some large frontload. It's a perfectly nice Facility, with everything you need. I expect to serve myself when I go to a Laundromat, everyone should expect that. It's a convenient location in Renton Highlands where I live.

Put $4 in a washer that proceeded to never add any water the entire cycle. That's $4 wasted and there is nobody on-site and I can't find any contact information if you have issues.

I picked the newest extra large machine to wash my king size mattress cover, it costs $9.50. I selected hot water and the lady using the other machine selected warm water. We were chatting and feeling the glass during the whole wash cycle and both of our loads washed in ice cold water. I would have picked a different machine or gone somewhere else if they were marked that they were cold water only. It is 9:30 in the morning on a Monday so not due to being busy.

If you're looking for a hot water need to be there first thing in the morning otherwise cold water washes all day long most of the machines work lots of new ones lots of new dryers if you don't like the place find someplace else to go I've never had an issue myself

Different prices on different washing machines didn’t make sense. The washing area was ok but the bathroom was disgusting. Not a good reflection of the cleanliness of the facility nr how well the owners might clean and disinfect their machines.

There is no one on site and there are several washer machines that are supposed to be hot water washing.The hot cycle does not work.this is unfortunate and when I need hot water to wash my towels expect to get hot water the owner needs to do something about this. Very wrong.

The machine has robbed me of my money multiple times and the worker is no help at all I selected extra wash when I went to go get changed for one more dollar the machine started and kept the money I put in

The worst machine gets stuck and there was no one Helping The attendant is nowhere near to be seen Wasted my time waiting for home
