Bellgrade Dry Cleaners

I called in advance and talked to owner/manager who verified he could clean my custom valance on wood box. Took that pair into Bellgrade location and notified them of our new phone number, which the clerk corrected in their system. So 2 weeks later go to pick up and they were a mess, said they could not do!! Never called me and also did not do a pair of slide on valences because we left on the rods, stating if we take off rods then they will clean… I was charged $52 for 4 sheer panels that are machine washable, which I would have done myself if I knew the others were not going to be done. I am upset because we made sure to give the new phone number and they made no attempt to call us on that number. Do not trust their quotes folks!

I called them to find out if they would clean my rug and the man who answered the phone said “yes of course we clean everything!” So I drove all the way over there and dropped off my rug. Two days later they called me back and said they couldn’t clean it but gave no explanation. So I had to drive all the way back over there just to pick up my dirty rug. The young lady who was at the front desk was not able to explain why they couldn’t clean it. At least she was nice enough to carry my dirty rug out to the car for me.

Since I work two doors down from Belgrade Cleaners, I decided to try their service instead of my tried and true Rambo Cleaners. This was a HUGE mistake! I entrusted them with an expensive sweater that had been cleaned before successfully by Rambo Cleaners and was always perfect upon receipt. Belgrade Cleaners absolutely ruined it. When I went to pick it up, there was only a young man working. I didn’t think the sweater looked normal in the bag. I took it into the store where I work and discovered it had shrunk to the point only a small child could wear it. The texture of the fabric completely changed and colors ran. The item smelled heavily of dry cleaning fluid. I took it back and showed it to the young man and he told me he had never seen an item that bad. He said the owners were not there but he left a note for them to call me and he kept the sweater. I never received a phone call. Today, I went in to discuss the damaged sweater and I discovered it had been processed a second time. I did not ask for a second processing. The proprietor said it was the fault of the store where I purchased the sweater and the company that produced the sweater for putting the wrong instructions for the care of the sweater. I told her that was nonsense since it had been cleaned before without issue. She then said the employee that processed it had been doing that work for years and she didn’t make mistakes. I said that obviously she did because the sweater was now child size. I proceeded to tell her that I suspected they had put too much cleaner fluid and she said that could not be the case because they only have one machine and nothing was wrong with the other items. I told her I had no idea what they put in with this sweater but my sweater is ruined. Now, I wondered if it was washed in hot water and then put in the cleaner solution. There was no apology nor was there any offer to compensate in any fashion. I told her that was my first and last time they would ever have my business and I would spread the news....DO NOT EVER LET BELEGRADE CLEANERS TOUCH ANY OF YOUR DRY CLEANING ITEMS. THEY offer silly excuses and did not even refund my money for their abysmal service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! You have been warned.

It has been awesome experience coming to this place! The employees here are all wonderful to work with. They are always willing to help and accommodate my requests! Such a pleasure to come here and have my clothes here at the same time!

This is the worst dry cleaner. They damaged a shirt and then switched the tag to say the tear was gone. Sleazy business, do not trust them with your cloths!!! Never going back.

Good, cheap, quick, and reliable. Have tried other dry cleaners here and there, but I'm just never satisfied like I am with this place.
