Thought my favorite ski jacket was ruined but brought it to Aurora and they worked some magic to make it look like new!

They were open on time but they couldn't live up to what they have posted on the front of the store same day service. And to think that I was told that they were really good service and they will be able to take care of me for this emergency I just need her a sports jacket taking care of it even though I I offered to pay double the price.

Absolutely horrible! Paid to have my husband's uniform cleaned and New rank sewn on. They starched it so bad it could stand on its own and their so called seamstress, didn't even sew the rank on fully. I had to finish by hand the job we paid THEM to do! Never again will they have our buisness! They are a rip off! Please avoid them!

We brought my husband's full uniform in to be cleaned and have some new rank sewn on. We paid for overnight as we were needing it back in a hurry. We also paid $35 to have it "set up" since again, we were needing it ready in a hurry. …

I spent $71 for 3 OCP rank sew ons, 1 ASU rank sew on, and 4 dry cleaning items. I don’t think that’s bad, but I also haven’t been doing this long. The uniforms all came back as expected. The OCP ranks were a bit thicker than my name tapes. …

Really impressed. I needed my dress cleaned in a hurry. Most places I called said it would take 3 days. THey cleaned it in 2. Expensive but worth it.
