I love this place for my dry cleaning needs, they do an excellent job on all my clothes. This place is NOT permanently closed as on a Google site. I am here today picking up some clothes on June 24th, 2024, at 8:08AM!

Do NOT take your dry clean items to Sera’s Cleaners next to manassas pawn on sudley road! Last week I was at work stocking the cooler and a beer exploded all over me, and my $300 North Face coat. I dropped my coat off on Tuesday to be cleaned because it smelled like beer. This coat had one of those fur trim pieces around the hood that was detachable so it could be cleaned. When I drop the coat off the fur piece was attached as I have never removed it in the six years I’ve had this coat. today when I went to pick up my coat, the fur trim piece was gone. I drove back to Sera’s cleaners and asked if they could check and see if they had the trim piece somewhere. The lady got very defensive and insisted that they never removed the piece and then I was out of luck basically. Now I have to attempt to find a new fur trim piece because they removed and lost the one that goes to my coat and then refused to Accept responsibility or make it right. They also charged me $40 to have this item cleaned. Save your money and go to a better establishment that actually cares. It took too long to get my clothes back at an extremely high price for just regular dry cleaning. First impression, when I first went, she wasn't even there in the middle of the day. With those high prices, she can afford to hire help. The actual service was good, but with those conditions I won't be going back

A highly accommodating establishment, my spouse frequently entrusts their suits for dry cleaning at this establishment while I recently visited for an alteration and was pleasantly pleased with the level of customer service that I received. It was characterized by sincerity and attentiveness, prompting me to return in the future.

Used to be my favorite place until they lost two expensive suits and expected me to pay full price for the service. I was their customer for about 3 1/2 years. I drove 30mins to pick up my suits and when I arrived I was informed the suits had been lost and given to someone else. A call would had been appreciated. I persisted that the suits must be recovered, suits were tailored and expensive. Sara managed to recover them after being persistent. Caused major inconvenience at work due to dress attire. She stated they would be free once recovered and later changed her mind she wanted full price if not half. Earlier that day i called to make sure suits had been recovered and when I asked to speak to Sarah, the gentleman hanged my call. When I came to pick up the suits, Sarah was not in. Her sister had horrible customer service and cursed in Korean. No need for bad customer etiquette. I understand Korean and there was no need to be sassy. I wish them best of luck but will no longer be their customer nor recommend this place no more.

Great clothing cleaning company. I have been coming here for years. They do a wonderful job. My clothes are always cleaned on time. Very great staff. I highly recommend this place. Great prices! It's located across from Manassas Mall.

Worst experience ever. First told me charge is 11.30 for 2 dress shirts, which I thought was ridiculous but since he promised would be cleaned really well, I said sure...gotta pay for great service, right??? Wrong!!!! I picked it up next day but before I left, I wanted to see it and it was slightly cleaner than I left it, it looked dirty. I was disappointed and even asked why did I get charged so much, he immediately grabbed it and said for me to leave and started cursing at me. I called cops and cop came and told him it didn’t look clean either. He was actually blown for me to asked them to clean it again but problem is I need it tomorrow for Sunday, they won’t have it done til Monday, go figure!!! So I had to pay these jerks and get my dirty shirts. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Excellent cleaners, been going here for years. Had them do repair work as well as plain ole dry cleaning and they do a great job. Very friendly and personable. They'll ask how the family is doing etc.

They have always done consistently good work with my dry cleaning. I've tried other places in the area, but none have been good as Seras. Never had a bad experience with them.

One of the best dry cleaning business in Manassas! My pea coat looked brand new!
