Elite Dry Cleaners is hands-down the only legit dry cleaner in Richmond. After trying four others in the area previously and dealing with everything from lost items to clothes returned completely unclean, I almost gave up completely and I started bringing my dry cleaning back home to NYC on trips. Elite completely changed that. They handle delicate, high-end materials with care. Delicate materials cleaned so thoroughly, stains I thought were permanent are actually gone. Their seamstress is absolutely incredible. She has flawlessly repaired my ripped pants and shirts multiple times. She has reinforced and revived many of my delicate dresses from further deterioration. She not only saved my leather jacket from further tearing but repaired it so well that I can wear it again. This business is professional, well-run, and their customer service is exceptional. If you’ve struggled to find a trustworthy cleaner in RVA, this is the place. I finally feel confident that all my valuable, delicate items are in good hands.

Good prices but you get what you pay for. Brought in a pendelton blanket to be dry-cleaned. When we got it back it still smelled of the odor we were trying to get rid of and the leather tag had completely come off. Wasn't warned about the damage either, just saw it when I got home.

I got married June 2023 and my wedding dress got trashed. Just filthy. It sat in my closet like that until I brought it to Elite Cleaners in April 2024, eight months later. Elite Cleaners restored it back to white with no trace of the previous stains. I didn’t think it was possible. The price was very reasonable. They also did my husband’s suit and it was also a reasonable price and done well. Thank you to them!

we take clothes there every week, they have consistently done a good job and the prices are very reasonable. the staff are very friendly.. The lobby is small the parking is on main street so good luck but a very good cleaners!!!

Quick turn around, nice facility and nice people.

I visited Elite Cleaners with the intent to have a cut repaired on a pair of dress pants. You can tell this company really takes pride in their work. We discussed what options were available for the repair and what to expect. The repair was made super quickly (on my lunch break!) and the very professional and friendly associate who assisted me was more-than-far with her pricing. I will come back here without hesitation if I have a need in the future and I HIGHLY recommend their services.

We live right next door at First National Apartments and have been using this dry cleaners weekly for about 2 years. They are always fast and responsive when picking up & delivering dry cleaning for an affordable price. The quality of the dry cleaning is also much better than expensive dry cleaners that we have gone to in the past. We'll be moving soon and are very sad that we cannot take them with us. 5/5 would recommend to anyone in the area; especially if you live at First National Apartments.

I have been going here for years. The owner is so sweet and and always going above and beyond. I moved but still come here to get my clothes cleaned and for any alterations. She's really good.

Recently discovered them as I was in search of a dry cleaners as the one I frequently used closed during the pandemic. They are always pleasant, friendly and provide great service. The parking isn't bad....gives me a little cardio for my day.
