G WASH AND DRY

Been coming here for a month or so since my washer broke. Reasonable price for washes, fair amount of machines...but at least once per visit a machine malfunctions and eats my money...$3 a wash adds up...no poc at location so just out the money... When the machines do work they do the job well... Another week another couple bucks lost due to faulty machines...can't get a hold of anyone who works here... $4.25 for larger wash this time I am leaving my previous complaints just so they are known...however the service and overall quality has greatly improved...there are still broken machines every visit but not as many. And the owners have been much more responsive to lost money returns...overall a good location for washing again.

I have been going to this laundromat off and on over 8 yrs because of how close it is to my home, but I guess its time to drive farther. The dryers is what I use most. There is no consistency on how much time a quarter gets you. 1 dryer is 5, 11, 14,18, min for $1 another is 7, 18, 35 for 75 cents. Doesn't matter if it's the big or small dryers. Also 1/2 the dryers are currently out of order... Do better

Poor excuse for a laundry mat. Doesn't even work properly. Steals your money and they don't even have the decency to give it back to you if the machine screws up, so theft from a business is totally unacceptable for me. No contact information. Extremely expensive. I'd rather stick with Wells Laundry where it's affordable and takes Debit/Credit Cards and of course contact information.

I like the extra rinse. And the dryers start after one quarter. The people I've met there are a lot more friendly than anyone I run into at the r.v. park we are at. So..while I'm here, I will stick with wash n dry. But, a lady had some different luck today. 2 of the washers took her money then threw error codes. She should be able To get reimbursed for the money she lost with the faulty washers but no one was around so that was kind of lame

It was clean. Only one co-ed restroom. The washers and dryers were clean and the dryer dried a king size comforter in 30 minutes instead of 45. The price was more expensive than Wells laundry in Copperas Cove but worth it because machines were newer and washed and dried better.

The money exchange machine shorted me seven dollars, and my first instinct was to be upset and assume that I wouldn’t get my money back. But I went next-door anyway, to the convenience store, and told a lady my problem. She refunded me immediately. Nice surprise! Definitely recommend this laundromat.

Fed a 20 dollar bill into the coin machine and it only dispensed out $14.50. There is no contact info for management posted anywhere in or outside location. The washing machines all smelly and musty, unfortunately since it was an emergency need to use the facility on Christmas Eve, I had no choice to wash my items. I would not recommend or ever use the facility again.

Came in to wash our comforter in the big washers and came in when it should've almost been done. Comforter sitting the the washer soaking wet and an ERROR on the screen. Waste of 6 bucks and had to pay again to finish washing it because it was soaked and soapy. NOBODY HERE TO HELP IF YOU NEED IT AND IT'S 1PM! I WANT MY 6 BUCKS BACK! Oh and the change machine shorted us! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Change machine did not disperse correct change (put in $20 and received $1.25) took me 3 hours to get in contact with someone due to no one working there. Another customer also needed help (wallet was stolen inside facility) and after giving me my money the owner left through back door and did not attend to her.

It’s an ok place. Employees are hardly ever around. They have a TV and AC so that’s good. As far as the machines you really shouldn’t pack them up because then your clothes comes out too wet and you have to rewash them. Some machines are better than others. There’s hardly ever anyone in the laundromat so you can just take your pick at the machines.
