Mustang Laundry

My co-worker and I took our work towels here to be washed and dried. Nice place overall with nice selection, all the washers and driers were in working order.

I needed a large washer to clean a California King Comforter, and it had to get done today. Only two large machines, one was broken, and looked like it has been broken for some time. Place was messy, no one working there, machines only take coins, not for me. Headed to another in Bedford that had like a dozen massive machines, staff there, clean, and nice.

I gave it 4 stars for the abundance of dryers and washers. I only used the dryer, however, the dryers did not get hot enough...even on the highest temp. My home dryer gave more heat...before it died on me. 😔 Good thing they have a lot of dryers, because this one family had about 20 dryers going. How the heck they got all those clothes in their car baffles me. Also, each time they pulled their clothes out the dryer, they let the dryer sheets drop to the floor. What a mess! Can't wait until my dryer is delivered on Tuesday. I haven't used public laundromats since I lived in NYC over 25 years ago. I rather run a clothes line in my backyard and hang my clothes to dry than to use a public facility again. Ugghh!

I went to do my laundry in one of the larger machines, but it stopped taking my quarters and would not work, so I went to the gas station because they own the laundry mat, the rude guy behind the counter was no help, kept telling me to come back and speak with owner, when I did, he said he's not here and don't know when he will be. I asked for a refund, he refused. I will never go back to that place again! Terrible customer service!

I guess local residents here that rate this highly are unfamiliar with a good laundromat. Several machines that took money but didn’t work. Floors dirty. No toilet paper in restroom. No attendant to get help from. No phone number listed for owner. This place is a joke. Sadly, there were a number of people here washing clothes. Desperate or don’t know any better.

He is jellying me said bad words in front of my kids Terrible Costumer Service So if the laundry it’s doesn’t work a mean it’s out of order tell my why still opened Don’t make sense…

This is my first time visiting this place and the big washer I used didn't spin so my clothes were soaking wet and then some of the dryers only blew cold air and the ones that did heat up still didn't do a very good job. The soap vending machine didn't work. It just kept the money. And it was dirty in this place and there is no attendant.

Place is dirty and bunch of Mexicans males idling around infront of the store and walking in and out back and forth obviously they’re not even doing laundry. I won’t advice a young female to use this facility by herself

Great laundromat! Plenty of machines at all different price levels, usually not super crowded. Rolling baskets and folding tables provided at no charge.

There are a couple washers and dryers that are not marked defective. But other than that it is clean and quiet. I never have to wait!
