The Laundry Basket

This place is wonderful! We are in the middle of moving and recently sold our washer and dryer. We dropped off 2 huge bags of clothes around 730am and they were done by around noon. They were folded so neatly and smelled amazing! They also used a fragrance free, sensitive detergent for my babies clothes which I appreciated. The woman that helped us was so nice! 10/10 recommend!

This has honestly got to be the best laundromat in the SBC area. The environment is calm and the ladies working there keep it SPOTLESSLY clean. They are extremely helpful to boot, with being overbearing. The machines are all in good repair, and if there is any problem, the staff handles it with you. Keep up the great work, Laundry Basket!

The machines work fine. Price is a bit uncompetitive, but that's whatever. My main issue is how unsanitary it is to simply fill an almost-empty hand soap container with water like some folks do at home. This is a business, that's gross, do better.

You have 2 customers (including myself) patiently awaiting to conduct business at7:24am at this location and it is not open. You advertise you open at 7am

First time user of wash/fold service. Outstanding all the way around. Very clean facility. The lady I dealt with met me with a smile, got my items washed and dried and returned to me ahead of the promised time. Good value for the service provided. My only suggestion, a small thing really, is that it would be helpful to have a price list on the website for customers to view ahead of time. Will definitely use their services again in the future.

I went here for the first time two weeks ago. Everything in the place looked brand new, everything was clean as well. There were two ladies working, both were really nice and welcoming. My only concern I have is that the machines are slightly confusing when it comes to selecting a mode. The images seemed to explain how wet the clothes would be from what I gathered.I ended up choosing the highest priced one, I will say it is slightly expensive for the max setting. The dryers are about the same price as the max setting on the washers as well. I don’t mind paying extra for a new machines and a nice environment, especially when I am getting my monies worth. I went to another wash house and every machine seemed to have an issue. I definitely recommend coming here, you’ll be in and out.

It was nice and clean. Very clean one of the cleanest laundries. I've been too. I'm guessing the prices were right because I haven't been to a laundry in a while. I just went to wash a comforter that's to big for my personal machine.. It knocks it off balance during the spin cycle. So the biggest machine was $7.50. The machine next to it in size which just fit my comforter was $5.50. The dryer was a even $1.25 for 25 minutes you don't have a option for fewer minutes and a extra $0.25 for a extra 5 minutes. The standout for me was the attendant she was friendly and helpful in a quiet non cloying way. I put my quarter in the wrong machine and she saw me trying to get it out and just handed me a quarter. No conversation or anything. She changed my ten dollars without hassle just really helpful in a genuine way not obsequious. I took off a stat cause there are no seats. I can imagine people come and drop off their kids or whatever but dang. There aren't any seats so you have to sit in your car or sit on the stoop or something. But of course I'll be back to wash my comforters soon.

This place is a nice place to wash but there is a worker that is here that is very rude. She has been here the last few times we have washed. She literally just turned a client away and told them he couldn’t wash at 6:56 when the last wash is 7. Everytime I come in here, she is very rude and nasty. All the other workers we have come into contact with have been nice. This is the lady who works at night and today is 12-16-23.

Been doing our laundry here for 4 years. I love it. All the employees are extremely nice and helpful. The machines are always clean and so is the bathroom!!

The Laundry Basket is great. The location is convient and very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. I have used their drop-off wash/fold service twice so far with excellent results. Your clothes will be clean and neatly folded. Plus, they text when you your clothes is ready for pick-up.

Place was fairly clean and safe. Make sure you bring cash or quarters the machines don't take cards. If your passing through and need a laundromat or if yours died this place is good one to go to
