Small place, but clean. Has coin machine inside. Decent prices too! Also has a small parking lot.

Always very clean. If a machine does not work, there is someone there to report it to always! By the next day there is someone working on it or by the end of that very day! Talk about efficiency and effectiveness! Also the machine was very well, so I would complain about the price! Biggest is $7.. 4 huge dryers for the real bulky things! They dry so fast!!

I am going to give a one star review because of one employee they have working here. I have only seen her in the evening. Unfortunately my dryer knob broke and the part is back ordered until Feb 28. I have had to go dry my clothes here. Super Bowl Sunday I went to dry two loads. They have a sign to advise them of “dry only” customers. I advised the lady working there (with long artificial coffin nails) and she was pretty short when she told me that the dryers were for the wash and dry customers FIRST. If there were any left, I could use one. I put my clothes to dry and asked her if I could get quarters because I needed one more and she exhaled loudly and seemed bothered that I’d asked her for quarters. Apparently I got the only dryer that costs $1.25. I told her that I had gone that Friday and that the two ladies working in the morning were very nice and didn’t have a problem with me drying there. So today I go to dry a load of laundry, I advise her I’m going to dry a load and she said “that’s fine”. I asked her to break a $10 bill and she said she didn’t have change to break it. So I asked her for a dollar in quarters in exchange for a dollar in dimes I had. She told me that people who only dry clothes are expected to bring in their own quarters. This is a ridiculous statement and assumption. This was the same lady from Super Bowl Sunday. I know for a fact she is not business owner of this establishment and with her attitude she is chasing away customers. I can’t wait for my dryer to be fixed and I will not be going back to this place ever again. I do t want to deal with her rudeness.

Went for the first time today. The people are nice and the machines worked just fine. Parking is kind of weird so make sure you check before you park.

I placed 4 washing machines and set a timer for 30 minutes assuming they would all be ready when I came back. But no they all had different timers 4 minutes left on 1st one,14 minutes left on the 2nd one, 11 minutes left on the 3rd one and 8 minutes left on the 4th and all were set and placed at the same time. VERY INACCURATE 👎 And the drying machines not all of them dry your clothes properly still leaves them damped,when I had told the short hair chick she just said you should have asked me and I would of told you which ones are good and which ones are bad. There's no need to ask you, you should have just placed an "OUT OF ORDER" sign 👎 Sometimes you'll catch this lady with an attitude, wouldn't be the first time I've seen her arguing with people who were upset that the machines were not working as they were supposed to!👎 This people know that they're machines don't work properly but haven't done anything to fix it or at least let us "the customer" know which ones not to use👎 Not updating my review until this issues get fixed.

People will hassle you over your machines here and the lady with the white short hair said i needed to use the full refunded dollar she gave me to dry when i had already used 2 dollars myself. I guess she couldn't take the .50 cent loss even though the math will show it's a gain on her side. Worst laundromat ever. Each time I've come here there has been a situation, involving other people but this probably my 4th time here and i guess it was my turn. Ridiculous

Great service, it was my first time in a laundromat, we are visiting the city of Brownsville, TX, super clean place, they follow the guidelines on this pandemia, la Sra. Olga very kind, savy, she explains how the machines works, what is the best cycle for the type of cloths to wash and dry, she pass me some tips for machine efficiency, I really impress, thank you!!!!!!

Update April 2022: Still a fantastic place! Original March 2021: Clean, quick, friendly staff. If you need to do laundry this is a good choice. They have quarters available.
