I went in to try and get my maternity dress altered. The guy at the counter customer service and communication skills are terrible. He tells me to come through and try on the dress , I follows him, we walk pass a bathroom and then he asks why am I back where he is.. I said sir you didn’t show me where to try it on , you gave me no directions! Then the lady doing the alterations was just rude! As I’m trying on the dress to show her what I want altered my bf went to the bathroom. As he’s in there she asks me why is he using the bathroom it isn’t for the public and start getting loud yelling “YOU people are weird” I begin to realize she’s racist the more she talks! She had an attitude even after he apologized for not knowing it wasn’t for the public. I really needed my dress so I proceeds to show her the strap adjustments and tell her my photoshoot was in two weeks but I would like it the end of next week. She then yells “I’M NOT DOING IT” basically kicking us out because I didn’t want to get my dress last minute. Don’t go here if you got some color to your skin because they’re racist and rude! She better be lucky I believe in Karma because I could’ve easily snapped or cursed her out!

I am so incredibly pleased with the results of my alterations. I gave her two dresses for a wedding (as a guest). One dress had a well over 6in of material to hem off the bottom. The other dress had to undergo surgery - have length taken off the bottom at an angle (high-low dress) which was not easy to do and maintain the pencil shape. It also had to be opened up from the center, through multiple layers of fabric to fix open stitching. That's all to say, I tried on my altered dresses and they made me feel so gorgeous - everything is the right length and shape. I can't say enough good things about this place. Really amazing work. I will be coming back here for the years to come.

First time and what an experience! My daughter needed a dress steamed for her graduation and of course it was the day before the event. I called and spoke with Mike and I explained the situation, Mike said bring the dress asap. Mike had the dress perfect the same day!!! I highly recommend this business for your dry cleaning needs!! Took sheers for dry cleaning and they were totally ruined with holes and puckering and burns and the seam is coming undone. They’re a mess spent well over $100 at the dry cleaner verifying that they knew how to dry, clean curtains and drapes and sheers I would not recommend this dry cleaner. And I paid them ….ugh!!! They didn’t do anything to make it. Right They didn’t offer to reimburse me back and I think they knew that drapes were ruined when they handed to me wrapped in plastic.

Go over your ticket before you leave because they did not properly book in my two-piece suit so when I went to pick it up and only got the jacket back they did nothing to try to help me. They said it was my fault, it wasn’t on the ticket, I clearly didn’t drop it off to them when that in fact was not the case. They also couldn’t confirm it against any cameras they have in their store. So now my new Designer suit is useless. Hope they do the right thing and call me when they find the skirt.

Superb caring service here. They have repaired a few pairs of pants and jeans for me and made those repairs in such a manner that the repairs will outlast the pants. Also they knew I was in need of suits back for work and stayed open almost an hour late on a beautiful night just so I could pick them up. Of note I had only been going there about two months, but they knew me and knew I would be in a pickle without their help.

We’ve been going to Parkway Cleaners since we moved to Broomall in 2002 and would never go anywhere else!! Always polite, friendly and does a great job. Ann is an expert tailor and seamstress and so quick!! We highly recommend!!!

Positively the worst dry cleaners I have ever used. Completely incompetent. The clothes looked worse after they were ‘cleaned’. My dress is now unwearable. As another reviewer stated, I would definitely NOT recommend them.
