Just so everyone is aware BEFORE you order with this company, there is no refunds even if the company messes up, the only thing they can give you is 50% off another order . This place had five star reviews. I don’t see how but I’m trying to provide caution for the next person so they don’t end up in the same situation as me. My first time trying this place and unfortunately the service wasn’t that great. Very expensive to have your clothes washed here and when you pay extra for same day shipping you don’t get it in the same day (within 24 hours) which is the next day. If orders are placed after a certain time you shouldn’t offer same day shipping and charge them for it. Same day is always the day you placed the order. I didn’t receive a text when the driver is on his way so a few minutes after my scheduled pickup time I had to call the office and ask where the person was and my laundry wasn’t picked up at my door, I had to go bring it to the person. Also, I wish it had better instructions on the website about how the process works for new customers because I had to keep calling the office and checking in regarding my order, not worth it. Also, the returning the clothes to me after being cleaned was someone else’s order.
