If I could give them zero stars I would. I paid for my leather skirt to get hemmed, only to receive it back damaged. Don’t take your quality clothes there, EVER. Refunding my money does not equate to the damage caused.

Don’t go here, it’s a ripoff. They charged me $52 to dry lean 3 dresses. I thought I heard the clerk wrong. She said because the dresses were long. These are not long dresses. They fall below knee length. I’ll never go here again. Thinking about reversing the charge too.

Great friendly staff. They are amazing with alterations, I gained weight throughout the pandemic and had to get more suit pants. So, I frequent Goodwill in the shopping center. They altered my pants and even got a stain out of one of my pants that are 100% wool. They've definitely earned my trust.

They do great alterations work here, but they're never on-time for pick-up and it's a bit pricey ($12 for pants hemming, $24 for blazer sleeves hemming). Each time I get alterations done, they're always telling me "Come back" in a few days. It gets old, but they do great alterations. If you're not in a hurry, this place would be great.

This is a horrible place. I pay them and they ruin my expensive shirts, buttons. They are very negligent. You tell them every time before handing the shirts in to be careful, but every time some problem comes up. The ironing sucks too.
