Bit more expensive than I expected, but the place is really clean and the washers are quick. Maybe it was just my dryer but my rather light load didn't dry completely on a single cycle.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE (see my pictures!). Someone suggested me to go there and take a new card. When I did that (and I made a payment of 67 dollars to do so) the machine showed an ERROR message. I lost my 67 dollars, and my card simply does not work. I was supposed to talk to an employee to fix the problem. But there was no employee at all, and the phone number in the card is of no use because they just do not answer the call. Look for somewhere else to wash your clothes if you do not want to lose your money.
Shockingly expensive washers, didn’t even get all my laundry wet much less clean.
Been coming to this place 7 years. Today was top 5 most pissed I’ve been in a long time. For coming there that length of time I know which dryer is the “good” dryer. I know how many minutes a load is done. Everything. it was not putting out heat. The part that gets me is by even telling the woman working she was annoyed anyone even bothered her playing her candy crush game on the phone. I moved to 4 different dryers and spent the entire $20 on my card which has NEVER happened but somehow I was crazy or lying or she simply couldn’t be bothered. If she doesn’t want to work there she shouldn’t work there. Worst experience ever and also your effin dryers don’t work. Wettest clothes I’ve ever left with in 7 years but F me right? Horrific service.
It’s a bit expensive and the washers cut off early at 6pm but the employees are generally friendly, and the place is not full of strange people like some other nearby establishments. It’s generally clean. I would give 3 stars if there were more convenient and budget friendly competitors but there are not.
Manager/owner hung up the phone on me after asking for the washers to be cut on mins after the cut off. I understand why there is a cut off but the place was empty and it was minutes after 6:00pm. Plus I had already started one washer and had to reload my card before starting the second. So now I’m waiting here and wasting my time as I still have to wash my second load somewhere else. The manager did not care and there was no consideration. All I wanted to do was start a second load along with my first. I will never come back, especially after he rudely hung up the phone.
I've had to use this location for a few weeks while my dryer is broken. Not terribly expensive or packed with people. They have a dispenser for soap if you forget to bring your own too. Their staff is friendly and helpful and quick to answer any questions you have. The main worker I've interacted with is Pam and she's great. The hours would be nice to have open a little later and the few arcade machines in the back don't work, but who really goes to a laundromat to play arcade machines anyway? I'd recommend using this location for your laundry should the need arise.
A quick preface—I’m a very clean person and I’ve always been kind of put off by laundromats. But after some chronic problems with my apartment’s machines, I made the switch, and I have not been disappointed. This place is clean and the machines work well and reasonably quickly, as long as you’re careful not to exceed the optimal load sizes. The prices are kind of high, but you can optimize cost efficiency by using just one of the biggest washers ($7 for a 50lb wash, $9 for a 70lb wash.) They use a laundry card system where you load cash or credit onto a laundry card they issue you, and you use that to pay. I’ve been here three or four times now, and I’ve only seen someone at the desk on one of those occasions...but that said, when I did find an employee to explain the washing card system on my first visit, she was kind and accommodating!
I love coming here! There's always availability and the place is kept clean. The laundry cards were a new concept to me but easy to figure out. It's a great way to do you laundry with a credit/debit card. I routinely use the drop-off service and get my clothes the next day, sometimes even the same day if they aren't too busy. I want to give a special shout out to Pamela! She's almost always there and her service is top-notch! I keep going back because of her.
I don't write reviews ever but this was just ridiculous. I don't even feel like explaining everything but I pretty much slept over $30 to still leave with wet clothes and whoever manages this place, does not take care of it or cares about the people. Way over priced and the cards don't work and slot machines they use are a joke. Just don't come here. It's not worth it.
